The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. Great location in the city center of Leipzig. I would definitely stay here again!

3 days of no aircon in rooms.
When asked for water ad so hot in room told to drink tsp water.

No tea or coffee facilities

Nice but need to review a couple of things!!

Very convenient, clean, helpful staff

Cons:

Asked for ice several times. Both times there was no ice and also no bottled water.

Every morning, drilling and banging started about 7.30am. If you've come for a rest, not ideal

Well located city centre hotel.
Pros:

Good location.
Good food selection for self service breakfast buffet, well presented & good quality.

Cons:

Bedroom air conditioning basically ineffective. A member of staff mentioned that there had been an issue, which they’d resolved, but, if so, it didn’t make any difference during our stay, when outside temperatures reached c. 34C.
Some staff more user friendly than others.

Pros:

Initially the staff were very polite and helpful. The check in process was quick and stress free. The gentleman assisting was polite helpful and efficient

Cons:

Issue with first room in tv not working at all, reported to reception and told someone would come up toook at it in 5 mins. 40 mins later I went back down as there was no way to con reception from room Ns was told they forgot the room number.

They said they would come up in a few mins and 10 mins later. Someone came up and could not resolve issue so was moved to another room.

I was given a disabled room without a shower try so water flooded the bTbroom each time it was used (minor annoyance)

Air condition set to 20.5c but did not work and room was uncomfortable during the evening and night

The new room overlooked where football fans were being held until 02-0300 in the morning and then the daily drilling started just after 0700-0715 each morning this was followed by hammering which resonated very loudly in the room and was a major issue.

Breakfast was a small selection, however the staff were clearing and ushering guests out before the end of breakfast. They stopped replenishing early including food, coffee and juices althroigj breakfast was replenished in time for the staff to have theirs....

Great comfortable stay, allowing me to socialise in the city centre for the UEFA football final.
Pros:

Newly refurbished to a high standard, excellent shower, secure parking for motor cycles (and cars) & great location near the city centre.

Super zentral und ruhige Zimmer !!
Pros:

Die Schallisolierten Fenster waren toll!! Man hat nichts von draußen gehört. Die schweren Vorhänge haben den Raum komplett verdunkelt und die Wärme/Kälte draußengelassen. Super zentral!! Direkt unter dem Hotel ein öffentliches Parkhaus (18€ für 24 Stunden 🙄).
Am Ende des Aufenthaltes den Kritikpunkt direkt notiert.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es einen Hocker, den man aufschrauben konnte, in dem waren Taschentüchern und Tabletten 💊 Blister und er roch nach Zigaretten.
Ich hätte mir in den vorhandenen Mülleimern ( wenigstens im Bad) aus hygienischen Gründen eine Plastiktüte gewünscht.

Great Location, great room, great staff - excellent price quality ratio
Pros:

The location is great, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Especially the value with respect to the price was unbeatable considering also how late I booked the room. A definite recommendation for the future.

Cons:

The only thing, that I was kind of missing was a refigerator unit to have a bit more flexibility with drinks etc.
