Nothing that I disliked
Staff very helpful.
As a person with disabilities it wasn't really catered for my needs. Yes, they have a chair lift to get into the property but there are extra stairs to get to to the lift. And it was a long walk for someone like me from my room to the lift. Brilliant hotel if you haven't got disabilities.
Fantastic traditional hotel , great food , room and location but the best thing about it are the staff all fantastic , highly recommend and will hopefully get to return

Staff friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable and with air-conditioning.. Breakfast was greatly with a lovely selection to choose from..
Only down side was not much outside seating avaliable.
The location of the property was really good.
The property itself was good, our bathroom has a random step that all three stubbed our toe on (think they need to change that or put a sign up) we met two reception staff, one was really pleasant and the other was a bit rude. I asked about an evening meal and she looked my 5 year old son up and down and said they were fully booked (I’m not suggesting they wasn’t but not sure it required the look up and down)

Room was smaller & a bit tired for the money.
We loved the friendliness off the staff and the included breakfast was fantastic! Great location, loved that we were by a running track, the waterways and a short walk to the amusements on the beachfront! Massive carpark for those that needed it too. We will definitely be back.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, ate in hotel restaurant for the first night and food was very good.
Breakfast each morning was lovely with a lot of choices.
Ideal location on the seafront just far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
Air conditioning in the room was very welcome with the hot weather we have been experiencing.
The rooms could do with a bit of an update, especially the carpets.
Smart tvs would be a bonus aswell
