Gorgeous and Unique Property - Austo-Hungarian Villa Directly on the Lungomare Promenade
Pros:

The location is truly breathtaking. The villa one of a handful in a row of mansions from the Austro Hungarian era along the Lungomare Coastal Promenade. There are not that many properties along this stretch of the Kvarner Riviera, and the experience of staying right there is truly amazing.

To make the experience even better, Vieko (that might be misspelled), the former business executive and now owner do the property has lovingly managed the villa as a labour of love.

Heads up: if your ideal vacation is staying at the Ritz in Paris or the Four Seasons in Tokyo, this is not your place. It’s unique and bohemian and the walls are decorated with Vieko’s paintings.

I’m going through all the categories and coming up with nothing.

Location - incredible 10+++
Convenience - great - parking, easy to get to with a car, lovely walk to everything
Hospitality - 10+ Vieko and Alex were so friendly and accommodating
Comfort - wonderful - enormous bed (2 fulls!) that was very comfortable. Room size was very large. Good amount of furniture for two people to be able to work. Desk, little table for eating snacks, two stuffed arm chairs plus a love seat. Side tables. Two sunning seats for the gorgeous terrace overlooking the Istrian Sea.

Here’s my only “complaint” and I understand why he does it…the shower in the bathroom is one of these low water use sprays-type nozzles. It’s described in the wall. It was fine with me and it serves the purpose of saving water and the environment.

Dank der Lage nur 100m vom besten Einstieg ins Meer mit Geländer und Stufen auch für ältere Semester bestens, dem freund
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Meer mit Pool!!! Extrem ruhig. Betten super. Freundlicher Service, üppiges Frühstück bis 11h. Viel Platz im Garten, da nur wenige Zimmer immer viel Privatatmosphäre wenn gewünscht.

Cons:

Die Liegen könnten erneuert werden, die meisten schon seeeehr durchgelegen. Auch die Bezüge sowie die Sonnenschirme sind nicht mehr taufrisch.

Herrlich entspannte Zeit in einer schönen Villa am Wasser
Pros:

Die Villa ist fast unmittelbar am Wasser. Morgens wird das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser serviert. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Der Hausherr war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Team war hilfsbereit und kompetent.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels mit einem tollen Ausblick. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre in der Villa sehr angenehm. Alles etwas old fashioned style, aber genau das wollten wir auch.

Pros:

Wir hatten am Morgen für den gleichen Tag gebucht und leider war darauf, außerhalb der Nebensaison, niemand vorbereitet. Daher war auch bei unserer Ankunft, niemand vor Ort. Aber nach einem Telefonat wurde unserer Bitte, die Buchung kostenlos zu stornieren, statt gegeben und das war kein selbstverständliches Service.....Danke dafür!

Monarchiabeli villa lenyűgöző helyen,csodás kilátással a tengerre,gyönyörűséges kerttel,a Lungo Mare sétányon.Régóta szerettem volna már itt megszállni most végre sikerült és minden elvárásomat felülmúlta. Szivélyes fogadtatásban volt részünk Vjekoslav úr részéről.Sok információt kaptunk tőle.Családias hangulat,a reggeli fenséges,kedves hölgy felszolgálásában.
Standard szobát foglaltunk és szuperiort kaptunk.
Még visszajövünk biztosan.

Wer das Besondere mag, das Gegenteil von einem unpersönlichen Standardhotel
Pros:

Sehr persönlicher Empfang mit einem Plausch mit dem Besitzer. Superschöne alte Villa mit direktem Zugang zum Meer und der Promenade. Das Frühstück a la carte auf der Terasse war ganz was besonderes !!
