Am fost păcăliți!!!!
Când am făcut rezervarea am solicitat o cameră cu aer condiționat. Am primit email că solicitarea noastră specială a fost aprobată. Evident, dacă nu se aproba, anulam rezervarea. Când am ajuns la hotel am fost informați că nu au camere cu aer condiționat și că cererea specială era un pat dublu. Varianta cu pat dublu este una din cele două opțiuni obligatorii pe care trebuie să o bifeze clientul când face rezervarea. Nu este o cerere specială. Oricum tot două paturi lipite primești. Cât despre condițiile din hotel, o altă păcăleală. Nu discut conditiile unui hotel de două stele întrucât pe acestea ni le-am asumat. Dar curățenia (care lipsea cu desăvârșire și era înlocuită de muuuultă mizerie) și absența infiltrațiilor sunt obligatorii la orice unitate de cazare. Evitați această unitate!!!!!
