Asakusa View Hotel/Excellent Tokoyo Hotel
Pros:

We were on the 22nd floor with an excellent view. Booking the executive level gave us access to their executive lounge on the 28th floor which was lovely.

とても対応が良く、親切で是非また宿泊したいです。

室内からの眺めが見ていて飽きない程　素晴らしかった。
チェックイン時の対応がとても丁寧でした。

Cons:

室内清掃のバスタブ内に汚れがあった。
帰りは精算機での支払いで　ホテルの方と挨拶やお礼を言う事もなく、寂しい気持ちになりました。

Pros:

Water tap in the sink is tripping , temperature is hot, can not adjust , can’t sleep till 2am as too hot, reception said because it’s warm, so they did not turn on air con, and it’s centralized, so if I want to turn it on, whole hotel will have to be on, but it’s 26 degree, and I can’t believe such big hotel don’t have separate zone, and their solution is only ask us to turn on the fan , even we said we will have to stay there for another 3 nights , also no exhaust fan in bathroom , no usb or PowerPoint next to the bed .
