Cons:

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et, malheureusement, l’expérience a été très décevante.

Dès la première nuit, nous avons eu un gros problème avec la douche : l’eau ne s’arrêtait plus et il n’y avait personne à l’accueil pour nous aider. Nous avons dû rester réveillés jusqu’à 2h du matin pour réussir à arrêter l’eau. Le lendemain, ils ont simplement changé tout le robinet, sans aucune excuse ni geste commercial.

Le personnel à l’accueil n’est pas agréable. Dès notre arrivée, on nous donne plusieurs feuilles à signer avec de nombreuses règles et des amendes pouvant aller jusqu’à 2 000 bahts. Pour chaque demande, on a vraiment l’impression que la réponse est systématiquement « non ».

Concernant la chambre, la propreté laisse clairement à désirer. La douche était très sale et la chambre également, avec de la saleté visible sur les murs. L’éclairage est également beaucoup trop faible le soir.

Autre gros problème : la climatisation est directement orientée vers le lit. Il est donc très désagréable de dormir avec la climatisation qui souffle directement sur soi et nous nous sommes réveillés en étant malades.

Le petit-déjeuner n’a rien de spécial non plus : nous avons mangé exactement la même chose pendant les 3 jours.

Globalement, la propreté ainsi que le service sont très décevants.

Happy to stay for a second time and will stay again.
Pros:

Ban Chang Tong is a very handily, very well located hotel, and the facilities are good, the pool is nice, the room was excellent this time, better than our previous stay. And we enjoy using Ban Chang Tong as our base when we're in Chiang Mai.

Soggiorno a Chiang Mai
Pros:

Hotel bellissimo. La stanza era molto curata e pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario. Presenza della piscina ottima per rilassarsi dopo le attività della giornata o semplicemente per sfuggire al caldo.
Posizione ottima, rispettivamente circa 10 minuti a piedi da Old Town e dai principali street market. Colazione internazionale. Staff gentile e disponibile.
