Ein super Hotel, wir durften sogar die Motorräder in die Privatgarage stellen. Freundliches Personal, freundlicher Chef und Chefin. Deutsch hat ausgereicht, mit Englisch kam man noch weiter. Vom Frühstücks Raum aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Zielhang der Abfahrtsstrecke. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Alles in allem, falls ich wieder in dem Teil des Landes bin, komme ich sicher wieder in das Hotel.

Quattro stelle?

Esperienza decisamente deludente, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un hotel 4 stelle.
Abbiamo soggiornato in una Junior Suite che, a nostro parere, era davvero troppo piccola e non corrispondeva alle fotografie presenti sul sito. Le aspettative erano quindi ben diverse da ciò che abbiamo trovato.

La cosa che ci ha lasciati maggiormente perplessi è stata la gestione del divano letto presente in camera. Avendo la possibilità di utilizzarlo dato che era già presente in camera in un’area separata dalla zona letto e avendo la necessità di utilizzarlo per dormire separati poiché il mio compagno russa, abbiamo chiesto semplicemente un lenzuolo per poterlo preparare anche noi stessi, senza bisogno di scomodare lo staff visto che siamo arrivati alle 17:00. Ci è stato negato persino un lenzuolo, abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno seguente perché il gestore non era in grado, senza lo staff, di fornirci un semplice lenzuolo!!!

Anche la colazione ci ha lasciato perplessi. Uova e affettati venivano preparati al momento dal personale, cosa che in sé sarebbe positiva. Il problema probabilmente è che, essendo bassa stagione ed essendoci pochi ospiti, non appena effettuavi una richiesta il personale iniziava immediatamente a riordinare e pulire, senza nemmeno aspettare per verificare se avessi bisogno di altro. Un atteggiamento che trasmetteva la più fretta di terminare il servizio che attenzione nei confronti dell'ospite.

Nel complesso, abbiamo trovato un servizio che non ci è sembrato all'altezza delle aspettative e soprattutto della categoria dichiarata.

Quattro stelle nel nome, ma per la nostra esperienza, purtroppo, ben poco nei fatti.

Molto buono, da consigliare
Pros:

Buona posizione dal centro che si raggiunge con il ponticello pedonale sull'Adda. Buono il parcheggio ma con il pienone sei costretto a lasciare la macchina esternamente. Pulizia al top!

Buona la colazione ma potrebbero impegnarsi di più sui prodotti locali e caratteristici.

Rado ću se ponovno vratiti u ovaj grad i ovaj hotel!
Pros:

Doručak je bio izuzetno dobar! Dvije divne dame koje su nas posluživale oko švedskog stola su vrlo simpatične i ugodne! Također, sobe su dobro opremljene, vrlo uredne. Domaćin hotela je uvijek na usluzi, osjećali smo se dobrodošlo.
Osim toga, najviše mi se svidjela lokacija - doslovno u cilju staze Stelvio, a pritom nekoliko minuta pješice do starog grada.

Een indringende geur van een slechte geurverfrisser op de kamer. Deur piepte langs alle kanten. Slechte geluidsisolatie van de kamers. Deuren van buren hoor je zeer goed dicht slaan. Zelfs de deur van de ingang hoor je tot het tweede verdiep. Geen airco

Heerlijk verblijf in mooi hotel
Pros:

Hele ruime en sfeervol ingerichte kamers. Mooie locatie in het centrum. Uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Personeel spreekt zeer beperkt Engels wat communicatie wat lastiger maakt. Inchecken was wat omslachtig, ook omdat we met grote groep waren. In zo’n geval zou het handig zijn als een online incheck vooraf mogelijk zou zijn.
