Please always inform us of your expected time of arrival. Only card or contactless payments are accepted. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon arrival to cover potential incidentals. This is fully refundable after check-out in couple of days period, subject to a damage inspection. The amount depends on the booking period. Deposits: All apartments 100€. New Year's Eve period: Studio Apartment 100€, 1-Bedroom 200€. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.

Pros:

This was the best decision we could make to stay in this appartment. Since we stayed in Tallinn only for 1 night, the location was very important for us - to get into the city centre in a minute. All the places we planned to visit were only couple of minutes away from the appartment. Picking up the keys was very easy and intuitive.
What we enjoyed the most was the view from the window.

Cons:

Oli kaksoissänky joka ei saanut erilleen ja peitto/lakana olivain yksi, olimme 2 hlö emmekä pariskunta joten minä jouduin käyttämään päiväpeitto sekä ”huopana että lakanana”.ei ollut mukavaa. Olisin toivonut varahuopaa/peittoa edes jos ei lakanaa ollut tarjolla. Olisin toivonut kirjallista ohjeistusta miten toimia asunnossa ja siivousvälineitä. Vähän tunne että ei ole tervetullut olemaan asunnossa vaan vain nukkumaa.

Väga kiire suhtlus ja kõik sissepääsuks vajalik oli arusaadavalt kirjas. Deposiidi sain tagasi lahkumispäeva õhtul.
Hommikul ja õhtul kuuleb Toompealt lipu heiskamise ja langetamise hümni!

Akendel võiksid olla pimendavad kardinad, praegu õhtune tänavavalgustus häiris magamajäämist.

Perfect Location
Pros:

Location was great. Right in old town, next to Freedom Square. Easy access to bus transportation, but we walked everywhere. Kitchen had decent pots and pans, electric kettle, coffee and tea were available. Great communication. We felt that efforts were made to create a lovely stay.

Sijainti on erinomainen. Majoittajan kanssa viestin vaihto sujui hyvin ja kaikki ohjeet ja maksut menivät niinkuin pitikin. Autopaikka oli plussaa. Makuuhuoneen vuode oli hyvä.

Cons:

Nukuin olohuoneen vuodesohvalla ja se oli epämiellyttävä. Vuoteen metallinen verkkopohja tuntui ohuen petauspatjan läpi.
