Pros:

Very friendly staff, the room has absolutely everything you need - cozy, comfortable and clean! Excellent value for the money.

Overall it was comfortable and pleasant stay in the hotel.
Pros:

Location is perfect — museums, parks and historic area nearby. The hotel is quiet and clean. Breakfasts are nice — you have a range of choice. The staff is friendly. The is nice restaurant on the first floor with huge choice of meals and wines.

Cons:

I don’t like the smell in the bathroom. It smells like sewer sometimes. But not all the time. The bathroom floor was uneven, so I had to stand on a step in front of the sink. It was uncomfortable and clearly a design mistake.
Some of the bathroom accessories were poorly installed and simply kept falling off.
The extra mattress with the folding bed was in the room, but it was partially broken and had sharp metal corners, which I injured myself on.

Pros:

It was clean and comfortable, we booked a double room but think we were upgraded and got a much bigger room. Staff were friendly

Pros:

A wonderful hotel in a great location, perfect for exploring Chișinău. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including an iron, which was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was tasty and sufficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the mosquito screens on the windows and even mosquito repellent provided in the room. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only minor downside was the shower. The design of the shower cabin could be improved, as water easily splashes onto the bathroom floor. It wasn’t a major issue for me, but it’s something that could be better.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Above all, however, Chișinău exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Everyhing went well. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options. The amenity was quiet and well located.

Cons:

The hotel's drainage system had some problems. Occasionally, unpleasant odors would come from the drains, which made the room uncomfortable.

Příjemný hotel kousek od centra
Pros:

Příjemný a tichý hotel kousek od centra, nemusíte použít dopravu. Domluva o vyzvednutí na letišti v pozdních večerních hodinách fungovala dobře, čekání cca 5 min pro dopravní zácpu. Hledání poslané SPZ ve tmě a třech proudech aut bylo nakonec v pohodě. Pokoj byl velmi prostorný, s množstvím oken, teplota příjemná.

Cons:

Snídaně byla sice dobrá a dostatečná, ale výběr dost zúžený. Nevěděli jsme předem, že menu v neděli není dostupné. Hlavní problém je malá místnost, kdy bylo stále plno, na místo jsme jednou i čekali. Záleží, kdy přijdete.

Nice hotel in Chisinau
Pros:

Location was good and very close to the beautiful parks.
Good size room and very comfortable beds. Divius restaurant downstairs pleasantly surprised for dinner.

Cons:

Unfortunately the offered breakfast was rather poor and some items on the extra menu were not available.
The hotel does offer a self-use washing machine room, but no regular laundry service available.

Гарний чистий номер, рецепція яка працює 24/7, привітний персонал.

Cons:

Сніданок був дуже скупий на різноманіття - кава/чай, тости і один вид сиру та хамону, майже ніяких овочів. Кавоварка давно потребує чищення, бо кава має горілий присмак. В номері немає халатів, засоби для догляду дуже низької якості - зазвичай в готелях такого цінового рівня вони кращі. Готель не відповів очікуванням, на жаль.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel.
La localisation de l'hôtel à 8 min du centre-ville et à 45 min de l'aéroport de Chisinau avec la bus 30 ( arrêt "Casa Presei" à 5 min de l'hôtel )
Hôtel situé dans le quartier des Ambassades.
Les petits-déjeuners et la literie sont excellents.
Hôtel très propre.
