We would definitely stay here again on another trip
Pros:

We had a great week at the hotel … great location to get everywhere we wanted to go
Our room was huge and so spacious and the aircon was a godsend in the blistering heat we experienced whilst there
Staff are lovely & polite and also everyone had great English which was a huge plus for all our family travelling

С первой минуты она встретила меня с теплой улыбкой, всегда была вежлива, отзывчива и сделала все возможное, чтобы мое пребывание прошло идеально. Благодаря таким сотрудникам чувствуешь себя не просто гостем, а по-настоящему желанным человеком.Весь персонал отеля работает на самом высоком уровне, создавая атмосферу уюта, спокойствия и настоящего гостеприимства. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay — a hotel I would happily return to

I was truly impressed with my stay at Thomas Albert Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, excellent location, and the kind of attentive service that makes a stay genuinely memorable.

I would especially like to mention Andrei from the reception team, who was exceptionally helpful and professional. He kindly arranged a taxi for me for the following morning and made everything incredibly easy. His warm attitude and attention to detail were greatly appreciated and made a very positive impression.

The location is another major highlight. The city centre, beautiful coffee shops, restaurants, and many other places of interest are all within easy reach, making it a perfect choice for both relaxing and exploring the city.

Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I left the hotel feeling genuinely satisfied. Thomas Albert Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit.
