Stunning huge room. Great place to stay

We stayed here twice on our trip. First in the larger suite 2 then in 8. The smaller room had a better view. Both were amazing. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the core shops and restaurants, but the view and accommodations made up for it.

Prima ontbijt. Wat veel maar prima

Hier kann man gerne mehr als 10 Punkte bewerten. Diese Unterkunft ist einfach außergewöhnlich schön. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Man möchte einfach nur genießen. Die Dame am Empfang war super freundlich und hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Die Zimmer sind alle in der 20. Etage und man wird dann unten in Empfang genommen und nach oben begleitet. Schon die Fahrstühle nach oben sind ein Highlight, weil sie innen komplett im Island Look sind. Die Betten waren super gemütlich und man kann im Bett liegend die Aussicht genießen. Das Frühstück wird auf einem kleinen Wagen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Es war absolut köstlich, sehr vielfältig und sehr sehr reichhaltig. Wir konnten am Vorabend wählen , was wir alles haben möchten. Parken konnten wir kostenlos vor dem Hotel. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

When I booked Tower Suites, I didn’t pay much attention to the hotel itself. I simply thought it was in a convenient location and looked quite upscale. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its stylish design and exceptional service.

Although it is a small hotel, the receptionist and concierge were incredibly efficient and helpful. Before our stay, I contacted the hotel for advice about booking excursions, as I felt overwhelmed by the many options available online. I explained that we were travelling with our seven-year-old daughter and mentioned her particular interests. The team gave us excellent recommendations and even sent links to book through their preferred operator.

Check-in was seamless, and our room was fantastic. It was cleverly designed, immaculate, and had spectacular views from the 20th floor. The reception area also has a beautifully stocked honesty bar with wonderful views.

During our stay, we were able to watch the solar eclipse from the hotel. The staff kindly arranged for us to use a room with the perfect view, turned off the lights, and provided special eclipse glasses. We also received lovely gifts, including high-quality water bottles and champagne.

The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our visit, whether we needed a taxi or a restaurant reservation. While I found Icelandic people to be incredibly efficient and welcoming in general, the team at Tower Suites were outstanding.

Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning on a trolley, and we were spoiled for choice. There was so much food that it felt as though we could have fed an army, even though there were only three of us!

I highly recommend Tower Suites and would happily stay there again on my next visit to Iceland.

It was beautiful, good value for what you get - location was convenient - not in the center, but close walk. Breakfast was amazing!
