Pros:

Location, walking distance to beach, marine parade and into the town.
The breakfast was first class, always nice to be welcomed in the morning.

Cons:

If you want a "what didn't I like" it was the ambient temperature of the fridge, only because my guiness frothed over the can before I got chance to pour it while relaxing in the amazing Chesterfield. Other than that perfeck.

Enjoyable stay, would happily stay there again.
Pros:

It was good to have breakfast included in the cost of the room. The breakfast was delicious, served promptly,as promised the previous evening. Arthur and Debbie were fantastic hosts, always greeting you with a smile and a happy face. They were able to make recommendations about where to eat and the special events happening in the local area.

Cons:

My only reservation was the lack of off street parking, but there was street parking opposite the hotel.
