Wspaniały hotel u progu Kanionu Colca.
Pros:

Świetne położenie nad rzeką Colca przy wodospadzie, w otoczeniu gór, bardzo zadbany teren hotelu, miła obsługa, baseny termalne.

Cons:

Zapach przy wejściu do pokoju (kanalizacja?), brak dobrego oświetlenia w pokoju.

Pros:

המלון במקום יפהפה מוקף נחלים. מבני המלון מקסימים. מאוד יפה. הבריכה המינרלית קסומה.
להפתעתנו ארוחת הערב היית ממש טובה

Cons:

הנגישות מאוד בעייתית. כשירדנו למלון לא הייתה מספיק עזרה.
בנוסף כדאי להזהר ולא לבקש ארוחת בוקר ארוזה.
הביאו לנו לחמניות ועוגה מיום אתמול מאוד יבשים ובלתי אכילים.

Las aguas termales me encantaron , tienen una poza grande lo mejor y que esta cerca al río

El hotel se veía triste , falta colores más vivos , yo creo que no saben aprovechar las cosas buenas que tiene como la cercanía al río, como las aguas termales . Se veía triste .

Le cadre est agréable et la cheminée dans l’espace commun est sympa

Una estancia en el Valle Sagrado espectacular
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en el Valle Sagrado, rodeado de montañas. Muy tranquilo y con una decoración y jardines Inca muy bonitos. El restaurante es estupendo.Muy recomendable. Y la atención de Alejandra fue espectacular.
Pasamos sólo 1 noche pero nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo, ya que es un hotel que merece mucho la pena para descansar y disfrutar del entorno.

Beautiful location but it needs the finishing touches!
Pros:

Very Nice location with beautiful gardens and hot springs. Staff is very friendly and has helped us very good with a transfer back to Arequipa.

Cons:

After breakfast there is no place where you can order a drink or a Coffee. The hotel is frequented a lot with tourgroups. No extra towels to use the pools. Bathrooms are with shower curtains ( outdated and broken ).

El lujo es su personal y su maravilloso enclave .
Pros:

Sin duda el personal ,sobre todo el Sr Eddy ,me admira su profesionalidad ,saber estar y su gran amabilidad .Las señoritas de la recepcion igualmente muy cercanas y dispuestas a ayudar .Lamento no saber sus nombres .Por otra parte el enclave es unico y excepcional ,un autentico lujo en todos los aspectos ,la piscina cubierta merece especial mencion .

Cons:

Se echa en falta una Kettle en la habitacion ,la luz de la terraza permanece encendida y no hay forma de apagarla .
