Horrible stay, zero sleep

The room was spacious

Cons:

The pool area was small and the pool was very cloudy. The people in the room above us were so loud. I’ve never experienced something like this and I’m a frequent traveller. It was like there was a herd of elephants above us. We called down to the front desk after 10:00 because we couldn’t take it anymore. The guy at the front desk was totally unhelpful. We got absolutely no sleep and were exhausted the next morning. I told the lady at the front about what had happened, and she promised that she would get her manager to call and compensate me. That never happened. I called several times and no one ever had a manager call. Clearly they don’t care about a bad experience.

Très grande chambre confortable et bien équipée. Canapé lit pour les enfants si besoin, mais moins confortable pour les adultes. Piscine et jacuzzi en intérieur
