Great spot, great facilities, great staff
Pros:

Well travelled Aussies here, this was just an overnighter but one of our favs. Points of difference…room spacious enough for 2 suitcases, guest laundry, ample parking, gym & pool, “normal” shower…not those over bath ones.

Cons:

We thought it was great, from the warm welcome to the brekky before we left. Keep doing what you’re doing Janine (manager) you have a fab team there

Great place to stay for the night or a few days!
Pros:

The hotel was in a great area, very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The pool area was very nice abs refreshing.. Grandkiddos loved playing in there due hours..

Cons:

Only thing I might be able to complain about is the USB and plug ins were a little loose.. But there were plenty of them..

Well located and comfortable
Pros:

The place was clean and very well located. Had a great breakfast and easy check in/check out process.

Cons:

The bed was a little harder than I prefer, but otherwise was a great place and would stay there again.

The location was amazing and my kids loved the pool. Breakfast was an amazing plus during the stay.

Cons:

As a housekeeper and supervisor myself I notice when things arent cleaned. Our room had pee along the baseboards (which are simple to wipe off ive worked with hotel staff) and a mans handprint was in the picture frame above the toilet. There were also hairs/pubes in the bathtub and I personally cleaned it when I saw that.
Hot tubs are usually not working at hotels but it was still disappointing none the less as we paid just under 1000 and the hot tub was a big amenity lost.

Convenient location
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. It is conveniently located off the 5 fwy close to my aunt’s senior living facility. It is clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a nice inside pool and jacuzzi. The free breakfast is pretty basic but for a couple of days it’s fine. We plan to stay here again.

Pros:

Clean and big room nice and comfortable bed.

Cons:

There was only one omelet option and it was with bacon. I think the hotel should think the people who doesn't eat pork. Also the pool wasn't open at 8 in the morning and the staff mentioned it will take a few hours so we couldn't use the pool as we check out at 10 am.
