Bad service on arrival. Rest of the staff was v nice Spacially house keeping and kitchen etc

Cons:

Waited 35 to 45 minutes at check in because Hilton front desk lady said that she received only one room payment whereas my booking.com email showed total amount paid and I kept showing that to the front desk lady . Also I gave her my American Express credit card for each room too which should be enough to cover anyway.
It was very tiring after 4-5 hours drive and arriving at the hotel late evening around 9 pm.

Cons:

Bed was really unstable, very noisy when you move.
The lighting was not good. Rooms are to dark with the lighting on. Room could a cosmetic mirror. Rooms could use a safe to store important item.

Small room, loud toilet and the view from the window was of the medal roof. Also could have been clearer. Stay in Hilton Garden Inns a lot when I travel. This was the worst one so far.

Multiple Service Failures and Dishonored Agreements by the GM
Pros:

This hotel failed on multiple levels during my stay. There were absolutely no amenities provided, and housekeeping never serviced my room once. Furthermore, the front desk willfully miscommunicated my breakfast eligibility, applied erroneous billing charges to my account, and withheld my rightful F&B credits.The worst part, however, was the management. When I escalated these issues to the General Manager, he explicitly agreed to compensate me with a specific number of points. He ultimately only credited 60% of the agreed amount. He simply refused to honor his own words. Avoid this property if you value service and integrity.
