Pobyt Rodziny
Pros:

Bardzo komfortowy i czysty hotel. Śniadania smaczne. Przemiła obsługa. Dzieci najbardziej zadowolone z basenu. Lokalizacja również wspaniała,blisko centrum handlowe, do centrum Chicago 35 minut samochodem.

Cons:

Akurat podczas naszego pobytu była awaria windy i to był jedny minus.

We did not do as much as planned and did not use of the pool/fitness center
Pros:

Breakfast was ok- there was a nice selection of different items. The location was convenient for what we were doing in the area.

Cons:

Both elevators were out of order the entire stay. No attempt to fix them until Monday as they would have to pay overtime on a weekend and it wasn’t an emergency since no one was stuck in the elevator.

Very disgusting and upsetting.
Pros:

Clean and some staff friendly.

Cons:

Elevator was not working most of the weekend. Why do you have to wait til Monday to fix it?? Pay someone to fix it! I am a disabled person! I can’t go up and down 4 flights of stairs! I am at risk of falling.

Place is nice
Pros:

Breakfast was good, except for the lady staff in breakfast hall she’s some kind of a racist, she only engage in white people. When I greet her she dont respond bcoz im Asian, and she doesn’t talk to black people and also the old man staff cleaner not greeting.
But the staff in front desk are very helpful and nice. Gym is nice and also the pool😊

Cons:

Train the lady staff in breakfast hall to approach anyone regardless of what race or color.
