Owners/Operators and staff were very friendly and helpful; view onto river was a delight; price was fair for services.
The policy of no food or drink in the room is a bit off-putting! I understand the reasons why, but we've never encountered this before, so it was a surprise, as i don't remember this in the descriptor.
The location, though quiet, is awkward, especially in a neighbourhood that's undergoing a huge transformación & gentrification. It's an intriguing choice for a location, tho not sure I'd choose it again.
La atención del personal
Está lejos de todo punto de interés para ir caminando, pero sobre todo no hay lugar cómodo para estacionar ya que fuimos en auto y en booking no se había informado la gran cantidad de obras que están haciendo, lo cual es muy molesto para transitar, debimos sortear obstáculos para salir a caminar, además la zona es oscura a la noche.

Zimmer modern umgebaut.

Rundum riesige Baustellen, da dort ein modernes neues Quartier realisiert wird.
Kein Parkplatz beim Hotel.
(Im Parkhaus des Hospitals möglich. Ca. 1 km entfernt.)
Diese Situation war NICHT erwähnt bei der Hotelbuchung!

La calle en la que se encuentra esta en obras, no depende del hotel este punto pero puede ser molesto llegar

A kert este 11-től reggel 11-ig zárva volt.
La atención del personal. Comenté dos cositas que estaban estropeadas en la habitación y al volver estaban arregladas..y eso que era una leve molestia y dije que era urgente para mí.
Había sitio para aparcar sin pagar a 20 metros.
Me gustaría un mayor esfuerzo en el tema desayunos.
La zona es tranquila pero si vuelves de noche andando debes saber que es bastante es solitaria

El personal son muy simpáticos y atentos. Las intalaciones estan muy limpias y tranquilas.
La ubicación no nos gustó. El hotel está ubicado en una zona un poco alejado del centro y tenías que andar mucho para llegar al hotel o coger un taxi (que por la noche nos costó mucho encontrar).
El lugar muy limpio, aunque no hay opción de desyuno te ofrecen en un horario determinado allgo de bollería y bebidas calientes de forma gratuita.
La ubicación por un lado es privilegiada porque está junto a la ría, pero para acceder a las zonas mas centricas o turisticas si tienes que caminar 20 minutos hasta el metro mas cercano o tomar bus hasta estació de metro.
