Good air con as you need it in 38 degree heat.
Smart tv - good wi fi

Cons:

Own separate entrance if other guests in rooms are loud partying etc nobody to tell them to respect other who are in property also

Lovely and clean toiletries and water daily. New towels and bed made daily if you wanted it.

Cons:

It was a shame the balcony was enclosed so you couldn't sit out on it. Ok for smokers.
