если только в берушах и на одну ночь перед вылетом
Pros:

расположение хорошее, близко к самым популярным туристическим местам, метро, остановкам

Cons:

звукоизоляции совсем нет - всю ночь слышно, что происходит на улице, а там всегда шумно, играет музыка, люди разговаривают и смеются без перерывов. варианта с окнами в тихую сторону нет - все номера на одну сторону. спать очень некомфортно. номер крошечный, буквально не пройти, нужно перепрыгивать через кровать. напор в душе оставляет желать лучшего. на ресепшен никогда никого нет. лестница наверх крутая, лифт отсутствует.

Non c’era nessuno ad accoglierci nonostante avessimo concordato per telefono l’orario di arrivo.
Ci hanno aiutato dei ragazzi di un locale nelle vicinanze che hanno contattato il proprietario che comunque non si è mai presentato.
Abbiamo fatto il check in l’ultimo giorno e solo una volta ci hanno cambiato un asciugamano: eravamo in tre!

Cozy room, great view
Pros:

The location is perfect, a few minutes away from Taksim or İstiklal. There is plenty of restaurants and shops nearby whenever you need something. Kiosks, coffee shops, fast food...

İ personally wasn't bothered by the noise, despite sleeping with the balcony door open every night I didn't hear anything loud except for some people singing once or twice.
On that note, we had an AMAZİNG sleep every night. The beds are extremely comfy, and the wind coming in felt so good. İt's definitely worth getting a room with a balcony. İt's so relaxing sitting there, probably even more so at night (at least at this time of the year).

The room and the bathroom get cleaned daily and overall it felt cozy being there.

Cons:

The balcony was dirty. (Unlike the room itself which was very clean)

The stairs could be a problem for some people so consider which floor your room is on and if you can manage it once or twice a day.

The shower needs repairing. The diverter valve doesn't work properly, resulting in water flowing to three different outputs at the same time (showerhead etc) so the water pressure is divided between all three and is very weak, making showering very unsatisfying. The water also doesn't drain quickly enough so you end up standing in water. This is not a huge deal though but should be fixed.

Pros:

The property has excellent location. The rooms are on the smaller side, but clean and comfortable. The host is very attentive and always ready to help. I stayed with my friend for 4 nights and we loved it there!

Acceptable - but there is room for improvement.
Pros:

Great position. Good communication even though there is no reception desk.

Cons:

The door of the bathroom do not close, which is not really convenient if you share the room, and for the shower as well. I recommend to repair it.
Also please have a look at the windows of the bigger room, as the sealing does not seem perfect, which causes humidity.

Отличная локация на Таксиме, чисто, уютно, удобная кровать, гостеприимные хозяева
Pros:

Останавливаюсь третий раз, нравится все: чисто, хорошая локация, очень удобно, небольшой номер, но все необходимое есть. Удобная и большая кровать. Гостеприимные и приятные хозяева. Я прилетела ночью, они меня заселили прямо ночью без проблем. Всегда на связи, отвечают подробно и быстро 🙏

Pros:

Очень маленький приватный отель. На лобби как правило никого нет, но сотрудников можно найти в магазине напротив. Дверь открывается по коду. Близко ко всему. Ночью на улице иногда бывало шумно, я так и не понял почему, вроде рядом нет баров. Чисто, но номера очень маленькие.

ya fui alli 3 veces y volvere solo si el precio es bueno por que cada vez es mas caro
Pros:

no desayune alli pero el sitio esta en una zona perfecta cerca de todo, hay muchos lugares para comer y lo mejor es que en frente esta un tienda abierta 24 horas y es perfecto

Cons:

que el ruido de la calle es muy fuerte, hay mucho movimiento de gente y los coches toda la noche y suepe ser muy molesto pero el edificio esta construido asi

Precio calidad no concuerdan
Pros:

La persona que me recibió, era la persona que atiende la tienda de enfrente fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente siempre de mí.

Cons:

Lamentablemente cuando llegué tuve varios problemas, el cuarto olía mucho a cigarrillo, la toalla del baño estaba rota, el ruido de la calle es muy fuerte, se oyen fiestas, gente gritando y mucha música.

Pros:

Отличное расположение рядом с Таксим, небольшой уютный номер, вид из окна на оживленную улочку с местным колоритом, вкусный завтрак в кафе неподалеку, отзывчивый персонал.

Cons:

По приезду нам предложили 2 отдельных номера с видом на улочку, но мы бронировали другой номер с видом на город и Галатскую башню более чем за полгода! Наш номер оказался занят 🤔 В целом это получилось даже удобнее, т.к. оплату за второй номер с нас не взяли, но небольшой осадочек остался...
