Sehr angenehmer erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Großes schönes Zimmer mit großen Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl an frischem Obst.
Sehr feundliches Personal, Rezeption deutsch sprachig. Rezeption bis 24 Uhr besetzt.

Sehr gute Lage. Öffentliche Parkplätze ausreichend in wenigen Gehminuten verfügbar.

Cons:

Alte Fenster, daher hörbarer Straßenlärm. Generell sehr hellhörige Zimmer.

Behindertengerecht!
Pros:

Ich war 4 Tage mit meiner Mutter die im Rollstuhl sitzt in der Villa Carla und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Das behindertengerechte Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war perfekt. Die Betten bester Qualität, Kasten mit vielen Kleiderbügell die Sauberkeit und die supersoften dicken Handtücher ein Hit!
Vorallem das Bad war so eingerichtet so dass man selbst mit Rollstuhl hinein fahren kann .
Die nötigen Haltegriffe sowie Badesessel in der ebenerdig Dusche sind vorhanden .
Ansonsten sind die herzlichen Hitelbesitzer sowie das Personal extrem nett und engagiert.
Das Frühstück ist top.Die echten Eier werden für jeden Gast frisch gekocht zur gewünschten Minutenzeit!!!
Frisches Obst verschiedene Brotsorten sowie ausreichende Schinkenauswahl,aber auch Käsesorten( Camenbert top!)
Und der Kaffee wird frisch zubereitet!!
Die Lage ist super, da nicht nur nahe zum Strand und Altstadt sondern auch zum Busbahnhof 5min.
War für mich wichtig , da wir mit Zug an Cervignano anreisten und mit Bus nach Grado kamen.
Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Es ist ein sehr nettes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, sehr sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr einfach ausgestattet aber alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt!

Sehr gute Lage; gute Parkmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder im Innenhof; gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig; Möbeln schon sehr abgewohnt; da wir sehr kurzfristig buchen mussten, war das Zimmer einfach zu teuer.

La camera era un po' fredda e non c'erano coperte in più. Sono certa che se mi fossi accorta prima avrebbero provveduto, avendo soggiornato solo una notte.
