Great location, comfortable rooms and wonderful staff.
Pros:

We loved our stay. The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very comfortable. My mom decided to join us at the last minute, and they were able to get her a room close to ours, which we really appreciated. My son, my mom and I all had a great experience.

Cons:

Nothing really. We had a great stay.

Great location- close to shops. Good value. Nice breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, good breakfast spread. Pool and gym. Bed was comfortable. Very close to the main mall and the famous bagel shop right by the hotel.

Cons:

Room is not cleaned daily. In response, we were told that cleaning service was on alternate days but the beds were not made for 4 days in a row, only the bathroom was cleaned.

Bed and pillows were comfortable and water pressure was great.

General Manager was very responsive and friendly.

Cons:

Stain on bedding, sink clogged, maid SNUCK into room at 8:30 a.m.

This is a nicely mainatined property, very convenient to all Charlottesville has to offer.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, delicious prepared breakfast served daily.

Cons:

Construction noise from a roofing replacement project close to our room. Pool and workout area were closed due to the roof replacement work.

It was fine. Beds sheets seemed clean.
Pros:

Friendly, good location

Cons:

Bathroom had loads of hair on floor and in shower and bathroom sink counter was black with slime around the tap.

Too busy at hospital to enjoy much of what the hotel offered
Pros:

Breakfast was great, needs to be served earlier, only got to eat one morning. Location was fair, need more parking spaces. Ice machine was broken in the main rooms area so I had to walk across to the suites for ice. Nice big towels, wash clothes, iron and ironing board.
