Cons:

Did not have a TV remote in the room. Front desk gave me a remote to try, didn’t work. Explained they didn’t have any other offers for me, was not even offered compensation for something not working in my room.

The English Inn was our favorite place we stayed because of the ambience and the breakfasts.
Pros:

Your breakfasts were the best we encountered during our vacation trip. The rooms were very nice.

Cons:

The front desk staff could have been more helpful and there was no cleaning of room although we stayed 2 nights. We were moved from our room when we couldn't get the temperature down from 71. We had the same problem in the room that we were moved to and the person at the front came up and adjusted the air conditioner for us. We feel she could have done this in the other room instead of moving us.

Pros:

Le parking gratuit est en rdc de l’hotel, facilement accessible
La literie était confortable
L’eau chaude en libre service au rdc est appreciable

Cons:

Chambre défraîchie, hotel moyennement entretenu, accueil de la reception minimaliste pour ne pas dire non professionnel, petit déjeuner de piètre qualité
