Awesome place to spend time in Ubud with family
Pros:

Location and feel of the property is excellent. Old building feeling is awesome. Food is very nice too plus the staff are very friendly. Room next to forest seemed spectacular.

Cons:

Toilet had a bad smell which need to be reported for cleaning. Jacuzzi was also somewhat unclean but it is understandable as it is open air next to forest.

Il Visesa Ubud Resort è semplicemente straordinario. Immerso nella natura lussureggiante di Bali, offre un’esperienza autentica, rilassante e raffinata allo stesso tempo. Le ville sono spaziose, curate nei minimi dettagli e perfettamente integrate con l’ambiente circostante, regalando privacy e tranquillità assoluta.
Il personale è uno dei punti di forza del resort: sempre sorridente, professionale e attento a ogni esigenza, riesce a far sentire l’ospite accolto e coccolato sin dal primo momento. Ogni richiesta viene gestita con grande disponibilità e gentilezza.
La colazione è eccellente, varia e di altissima qualità, con opzioni sia internazionali che locali. Anche il ristorante del resort merita una menzione speciale per la qualità dei piatti e l’atmosfera suggestiva. La piscina è perfetta per momenti di puro relax.
La posizione è ideale: lontana dal caos ma comunque a breve distanza dal centro di Ubud, facilmente raggiungibile con navetta o taxi.
Consiglio vivamente il Visesa Ubud Resort a chi cerca un soggiorno romantico, rilassante e autentico. Un luogo magico in cui tornerei senza alcun dubbio.

World class relaxation and pampering in a luxury resort
Pros:

Stunning resort that speaks to tranquility and luxury. The villas are extremely well maintained and very spacious. The private pool is also way larger than expected. The staff were so attention and friendly with my kids even remembering their favourite foods. I visited the spa which is a must for true pampering and relaxation.

The property is great, and the staff are exceptional and welcoming.

Cons:

We didn’t fully enjoy our stay due to a few inconveniences. The resort is located quite far from Ubud centre, which made it difficult to get around. After certain hours, our driver had to drop us back at the resort, and we couldn’t go out for dinner, massages, or shopping unless we arranged and paid extra for a taxi.

Although the resort did help book taxis for us, the rates were about double the normal price. There is a complimentary shuttle service, but it only operates during the daytime—when guests are usually out on tours. It would be much more helpful to have this service available in the evening.

We also found the spa availability limited in terms of capacity, as it couldn’t accommodate four people at the same time, so we had to take turns. Additionally, we missed one complimentary lunch and had to pay for dinner ourselves.
