Pros:

We stay every year, great location and always a comfortable place to come back to. Breakfast in the morning is always great!

Cons:

The pool was really cold, my seven year old doesn’t care but the adults definitely didn’t want to be in there! My husband thinks the sign out front needs to be bigger, coming from the Nelson side of the hotel it’s hard to see, I just tell him watch for McDonald’s and slow down.

Cons:

There was what seemed like children running back and fourth above our room at 10:30 pm. We had planned on getting an early start in the morning but could not fall asleep because of what sounded like a heard of elephants running around.

After a long day of site seeing with not much sleep (see above) we were looking forward to relaxing in the pool. This did not happen because it was gross. There was clumps of hair floating all over the top of the water🤢

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Everything is lovely. The rooms were CLEAN. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The facilities and shared spaces around the hotel were well kept. Breakfast was great- excellent choices, well maintained.

Cons:

I didn’t like that on booking.com it says the property does not allow pets but when I arrived I found out they do. This was a huge concern for me because I am deathly allergic to dogs and cats- that was the entire reason I booked this hotel— because they did NOT allow pets. Thank GOD the property was immaculate I didn’t have to use my EpiPen.
