Pros:

Jessica was kind enough to leave our room key in a mailbox for us to pick up as we were arriving late for our check in time. The room was very clean and we were centrally located. Great stay!

Glory Days

The location and room was clean. Staff was friendly

Cons:

Had to unplug the lamps to plug in my sleep apnea machine. Plugs not tight cords want to fall out. Unplug the tv to plug in the phone charger. Coffee pot no plug. Shower to small very tight. Toilet made for hobbits. Old building. Could use some updating. No breakfast just coffee and snacks.

Pros:

The Booking said breakfast included. So I selected it. The Breakfast was a small cup of orange juice and a packaged muffin. It was not even a continental breakfast. the advertising was deceptive.

Wonderful place to stay at a good price
Pros:

Nice location....always loved Keystone! Nice coffee shop across the street, close to attractions, downtown, Mt Rushmore...motel was kept up and clean....nice place

The lady who checked us in, was very nice and upbeat.

Cons:

The older gentleman in office who made remarks to my grown son about how much coffee he needed when he got me and himself a cup of coffee, he was rude and uncalled for.
