Pros:

5* based upon the service of Victor at the hotel. One of the best members of hotel staff I have ever come across. So helpful and supportive. If we were to come back to Brazil would stay here again because of Victor. Good guy.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Staff upgraded us upon arrival. Breakfast offered many options. Location is great for beach access.

Cons:

Just after midnight of our last night's stay, the mini split A/C started dripping water onto our heads and woke me up.
Staff gave us another room to sleep in and the next morning, we moved all our stuff from 1202 to 1403. This was a bit of a nuisance, but staff made the best of it and also allowed us late checkout with no charge.

La ubicación, el desayuno (no puedo recordar el nombre del señor tan amable en el desayuno!!). Las habitaciones son divinas, fui dos fines de semana seguido. El hotel es un lujo. El personal atiende muy correcto. Sacando al señor del desayuno que se destaca por simpatía y calidez!!! Es genial y no masivo como el hotel que está al frente.

Cons:

No tengo no, todo estuvo bien!
Recomiendo habitación superior. Cambia hasta la calidad del secador de pelo. Si pueden pagarlo háganlo.

No subo fotos porque en todas están mis niñas pero desde la pisicina hay vista a la playa. La pisicina es fría (para el invierno)

Kind staff, great views, excellent location.
Pros:

I appreciated the friendly staff most of all, though had a sizable room with a fantastic view. It's a great location, well priced, and easy to walk to everything I needed. Many many thanks to the staff who helped me when I became ill.

Great stay at Ritz
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, and always happy to help (Joseph, Victor and Thiago made our stay welcoming. The hotel arranged a great private driver (Lucas) who made our experience safe and fun to Grumari beach). The hotel location was conveniently next to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Tres mal insonorisé - les vitres sont en simple vitrage. De ce fait on entend énormément l’es climatisateurs accroché dehors à l’extérieur des chambres . Si le voisinage est bruyant , le bruit résonne énormément et représente une vrai nuisance. La porte séparant la salle de bain et la douche est coulissante , il y a un jour énorme entre la porte et la cloison ( on peut passer tous les doigts ) , bonjour l’intimité…. A déconseiller pour un couple en voyage de noce
