お部屋はとても清潔感があり広くて綺麗でした。浴槽付きをお願いしていたので、とてもリラックスでき、机や椅子も充実してたので、子どもと机を囲んで作業することもできて落ち着きました。
朝ごはんが私たちにとっては初めてなものばかりで、
選ぶのも楽しく、清潔感もあり満足できました。

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. Being our first time exploring the city we chose to park our car and walk to places being that we were in a good location to do so.
Parking was not what we expected. You have 2 options. City parking $10 a day if you don't move your car which is great. Then you have your typical city patking which you pay a price every time you leave the garage and can be hard finding a spot. And valet parking which is $28 a day.
Please Start Serving “real eggs”…the powder eggs were nasty. The Fruit looked old and bruised. PLEASE DO Better Embassy

Our room took a while to cool off.
Our stay at Embassy Suites Greenville Downtown Riverplace was wonderful! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring all that downtown Greenville has to offer. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful riverfront area.
The complimentary breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious options, and the evening Happy Hour for guests was such a nice perk and a great way to relax after a day of exploring.
The hotel itself was super clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greenville!
