Pros:

Helpful staff & available parking on site. The rooms are clean, spacious and secure perfect for someone travelling alone. The location is handy to local restaurants, easily walking distance.

Pros:

We liked that we were able to change rooms, as we were given a room that we had been given before last year, that had an ant problem, we arrived to find it still had an ant problem.

Went straight to reception and showed them the photos from the previous stay and what we saw in the room now.

Cons:

That we were told they had scheduled to have someone see the room about the ants, like it was a recent issue.

I showed photos of my stay 10 months earlier in the same room with ants.

I also reported the ant issue at that time too, so they are well aware that there is an issue.

The only issue with the second room, is that the bathroom door does not close properly, and you need to use the door stopper from front door, to keep it shut.

Pros:

Clean, bright, comfortable room, with great bed and pillows, strong power in the shower, toiletries included, kitchen and dining table and sofa. Really thoughtful cold bottle of water in the fridge for us, and milk pods for coffee. New espresso machine with a few pods from housekeeping each day so we didn't need to cut any, and a selection of teas and drinking chocolate. The dishwasher and washing machine has several sachets of cleaning fluids, and a mini disbanded liquid for washing up, so we didn't need to buy any which was really nice. There was a double hob, saucepans and microwave if you wanted to cook but nearby are loads of cafes if you didn't want to. It was super. The staff were all so friendly as well.

Pros:

Clean convenient and a good price.

Cons:

Arrived lte and had some difficulty getting in but eventually sorted the system count. The intercom was quite distorted so hard to understand the receptionist. But all smooth sailing after that.

Cons:

The bathroom smelt very molded. The couch had food stains on the armrest. Carpet also had stains.
