There was no hot water for a shower on both Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Would not stay again.
Pros:

The young man at the front desk was the only redeeming feature.
Also the curtain kept the room dark which was nice.

Cons:

It was horrendously noisy. I could hear all the other occupants- and for the most part people were fairly quiet except one group. But you could hear everything - every toilet flush, every sneeze, every little conversation.
Also the bathroom was very very tired - the shower has black stains from years of neglect. It’s not the usual Quest standard.
We got 3 coffee pods like we were on rations. The batteries in the tv remote need changing. 4 silly little uht milk things. The bed wasn’t uncomfortable but if one person moved the other got tossed around. The heater on the wall was broken so there is one plugged in to the wall which takes up space in an already small room. You need the room card to turn the lights on so when my partner left for a walk I had to stick something else in there or it was dark.

Room and location perfect for our overnight stay. My 12 year old grandson thought it was very flash!

Parking Options. I rang to see if we could get parking but was told there was none available yet when we looked out our window we could see there were several.

Ok stay in good location
Pros:

Location was good and secure carpark was handy.

Cons:

Ants in the room was a little disapointing and the shower screen was diificult to use and if you were alone you could get stuck. And roon was a little banged up

Fantastic.
Pros:

Cleanliness, location and the staff were friendly and fantastic would stay again and would recommend. Accommodation had everything we required and more. The upgrade was fantastic. Thank you.
