Ik ben erg teleurgesteld in mijn verblijf bij dit hotel. Bij aankomst moesten we onze eigen bagage naar de kamer brengen en het personeel bij de receptie keek je nauwelijks aan of groette je wanneer je binnenkwam. Gastvrijheid was hier ver te zoeken.

Daarnaast waren de kamers absoluut niet schoon. Er zaten vieze vlekken op het tapijt, er lag stof in de kamer en er was schimmel aanwezig in de badkamer én op de zeepdispensers. De badkamer was zó vies dat ik bijna niets durfde aan te raken. Ook in de gangen, lobby en zelfs in de lift was geen airconditioning aanwezig, wat het verblijf erg onaangenaam maakte.

Om 22:15 uur belde ik naar de receptie omdat we in een 3-persoonskamer slechts 2 handdoeken hadden gekregen. Er werd gezegd dat housekeeping gesloten was en dat er niemand meer een extra handdoek kon brengen — echt onacceptabel voor een hotel dat zichzelf als 4-sterrenhotel presenteert.

De kamers zijn bovendien erg klein en als dieptepunt vond ik ook nog een bos haren in een “schone” handdoek.

Dit hotel is absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. Ik zou hier niet nog eens verblijven en raad het anderen ook niet aan.

Good in some ways but some improvement needed. Cleaners were exceptional

Central. Staff lovely. Great pool

Cons:

The pool needs more shaded areas. Like some large pots. Too hot in sun. Mattress on bed was like a plank and 80% of the time we got a tepid shower. No hot water
