​Lage: Traumhafte Lage in Lido di Jesolo! Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand und direkt an der schönen Promenade zum Schlendern.

​Service & Personal: Ein riesiges Lob an das gesamte Team. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise waren alle extrem herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.

​Zimmer & Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer sind top gepflegt, sehr sauber und die Betten wirklich bequem. Auch das Badezimmer war makellos.

​Essen: Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen – frische Zutaten, gute Kaffeespezialitäten und eine tolle Auswahl an süßen und herzhaften Speisen.

Kleines Manko: Schade ist, dass es auf den Zimmern keinen Mini-Kühlschrank gibt. Bei den hohen Temperaturen im Juli wäre das wirklich praktisch gewesen, um Wasser oder Snacks zu kühlen.

Very disappointing and stressful stay - Room 246, 16.07
> We had a very bad experience in this hotel.
> First, the fire alarm went off THREE times in one night, at 04:30, 05:00 and 05:30. All guests from the 4th floor had to evacuate via the stairs three times in one hour. There was no explanation, no apology and no assistance from the staff afterwards. It was extremely stressful, especially for elderly guests and families with children. I have Type 1 diabetes and because of no sleep and stress my blood sugar went up to 21.
> Second, in our room 246 on the 4th floor the power outlet next to the bed was not working. I explained that I need to charge my phone during the night because of my Libre sensor, and the reception told me to leave my phone at the reception downstairs. This is unacceptable.
> Third, the beach. Until yesterday we were charged 30 euros for two sunbeds in the first row. Then we saw a picture in the hotel that says 2 sunbeds and umbrella for 10 euros. At the reception they told us that the hotel has its own beach for 10 euros and 15 euros for the first row, but this price is not displayed anywhere. Guests from rooms 221 and 222 next to us paid 10 euros on the same day 16.07. We have photos of the hotel beach assignment sheet as proof. We felt cheated.
> No apology for any of this. We will not come back and we do not recommend this hotel.

Śniadanie obfite i różnorodne. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Świetna kawa. Czystość i sprzątanie pokoi bez zarzutu. Świetna lokalizacja. Uczynni właściciele.
