In summary you could not beat the location and the staff was excellent.
Pros:

The staff was extremely hospitable and could not do enough for us. The air con and tv had issues but they tried to solve to the problem.

Cons:

The air conditioning had issues and was not working correctly. And the tv had no signal.

if you can take the bigger room.

Wonderful stay. Great location, lovely staff and great rooms.
Pros:

We loved the property. The downstairs bar and restaurant has a great vibe.
