The manager offered us a complimentory evening meal of a choice but after the meal we both were sick from food poisoning. It ruined two days of our holidays

Beautiful views
Pros:

The seaview was incredible, the food was really good and the staff were really helpful. I was able to check in early and check out later, they also transferred me to the next hotel, the service was amazing.

Cons:

Hotter water would have been nice

One of best Hotel in Negombo
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The unity between staff was also exceptional
We hope to visit again in the near future. The breakfast and the food was value for money. We have stayed in many hotels in Sri Lanka and we regard this as one of the best❤️

Pros:

We had a wonderful time, the hotel is on the beach, the location is fantastic. The food was good, the staff were supersweet. They made sure we are comfortable throughout. We went on a anniversary trip and they surprised us with a cake too. Highly Recommended

Close to the beach

Cons:

Service is not at an accepted level. Foods are just like a basic level restaurant. The pool wasn't maintained. Flies everywhere during breakfast. Not recommended for a stay.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Our stay in this hotel was pretty good. The rooms were so spacious and clean. We had a nice view from our balcony. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made us feel truly welcomed. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose.

Room were nice view and clean
Pros:

Rooms were lovely and clean. This was my first time visiting this hotel. I like to stay on my way into Sri Lanka and before I fly home.The service of the hotel staff was extremely attentive and friendly. You had the choice of dining inside in a wonderful ambience. We can highly recommend this hotel.

The room was cozy and clean....lot of beach area and easy access from from road..pool was good for kids and for adults as well...rooms accessible via lift was easy for us...

Cons:

The restaurant staff should be more attentive for the guests while having food..would have being nice..The reataurant manager was attentive....and good on service....
