Eccezionale
Pros:

La struttura è moderna, in una posizione perfetta...a 1 minuto dal mare ma in una posizione tranquilla. Le 2 piscine sul terrazzo sono spettacolari. La cucina è davvero eccezionale sia nella varietà che nella qualità del cibo...dalla colazione, con una grande varietà di torte fatte in casa, alla cena. Non sono facile di gusti ma non ho mai trovato qualcosa che non mi piacesse.
Davvero impossibile trovare qualcosa di negativo.

Bra storlek på rummet för 3 personer. Stor balkong.

Helt ok frukost, dock mycket söta bakverk, vilket är vanligt i Italien. Bra mat i restaurangen.

Cons:

Airconditioning fungerade inte svalkande under hela vistelsen, trots att den tydligt var påslagen och vi uppmärksammade problemet då temperaturen var över 30 grader.

Vi fick höra att det var så i alla rum. Vi bodde i huvudbyggnaden.

En mindre pool finns på taket, men den varmaste perioden är det för varmt att vara där uppe, det finns ingen skugga där

Hotel next to beach but air conditioning not working
Pros:

We stayed in Hotel Bracciotti for 5 nights. The hotel is situated in a great place, right next to the beach and the pool at the roof was superb, really great view. But the downside was the air conditioning which didnt blow cold air so we didnt sleep very well. We did talk to the people in reception about this but the manager said that when its this hot the temperature doesnt go below 25 celsius. The breakfast was ok.

Camera con mobili imbarazzanti il frigo bar incastonato quasi impossibile da aprire. L'arredamento in genere veramente scadente e bisognoso di moltissima manutenzione. Nel bagno la finestra era dentro la doccia e molto difficile da chiudere. Visto le giornate molto afose e umide il condizionatore non c'era verso di far venir fuori aria più fresca. Era forse un grado meno della temperatura esterna ma forse. Odore di stantio. Griglia dell'aria condizionata completamente rotta. Ogni dettaglio lasciato al caso. La piscina sul tetto lasciava veramente a desiderare. Per tutto il tempo che ho frequentato la piscina non c'erano mai le pompe accese e quindi l'acqua non circolava nei filtri. Anche lì mosaico della piscina che perdeva pezzi tutto da sistemare. Prezzo davvero altissimo per un posto del genere. Tutta la località in genere non mi è piaciuta per niente per come viene gestito il turismo e per come è strutturata la località balneare

Schlechter Kundenservice überschattet den Aufenthalt!

Das Zimmer selbst war ordentlich und sauber. Auch das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft stand, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Leider haben wir erst bei unserer Ankunft erfahren, dass wir das Auto auf der Straße parkieren mussten.

Als wir an der Rezeption nach einer Empfehlung oder etwas Unterstützung bei der Parkplatzsuche gefragt haben, begann die Chefin uns anzuschreien. Sie sagte, es sei nicht ihre Aufgabe und sie sei nicht verpflichtet, uns einen Parkplatz zu organisieren. Wir hätten uns zumindest einen hilfreichen Tipp oder einen freundlichen Umgang erwartet. Dieses Verhalten war für uns sehr enttäuschend und unprofessionell.

Außerdem war zwar eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vorhanden, sie hat jedoch überhaupt nicht funktioniert.
Leider hat der sehr unfreundliche Umgang an der Rezeption unseren Aufenthalt stark überschattet.

De kamer was netjes ingericht en schoon met groot balkon, ontbijt was prima zo ook het diner. Goed verzorgd en gevarieerd. Mooi dakterras met prima zwembad.

Pros:

Wspaniały basen na dachu hotelu. Pokój i łazienka duże i przestronne. Idealnie wyważona klimatyzacja. Pokoje są też często i dokładnie sprzątane. Dostaliśmy dużo ręczników. Super że był koc. Balkon rewelacyjny.

Cons:

- brak śniadania w formie bufetu (obsługa podaje jedzenie).
- lodówka w pokoju trochę mała.
- nie można połączyć telefonu z TV
- nie można wejść na basen po 21:00
