Wonderful
Pros:

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool was big and clean. My room was a nice size with a comfortable bed. The location was good.

Cons:

There was no place to put clothing, only one drawer. Ice machine was broken. They should specify what type of coffee maker. I would have brought my pods misty of bagged ground coffee.

The recommendation for Sak’s to eat was not good. For 3 pancakes, that were like crepes, is $17. A side of bacon is $6 b

It was close to the beach.

Cons:

The bathrooms are very small. Charging for ice from an ice machine. The towels were small & very rough. The door was extremely hard to unlock.

We could have been given some guidance as to what to do when we got there ( exhausted from travel)… We were refused our 2 night stay because booking.com did not apply the pet friendly filter we had expected. We were told to take it up with booking.com and were charged for both nights! The manager was rude and we were not even offered a reachable number to call Booking.com to see if we could work something out. Since we only got “ bots” etc. when we tried hard to get through to booking.com , we had to stay in a substandard place out of desperation and pay for that too! Very bad experience.

Perfect stay for our short visit. I would recommend it for a short or long stay.
Pros:

We had beach and pool views. The hotel was booked last minute on a drive from Tennessee to Massachusetts. We had never been to the Jersey Shore before and didn't know what to expect. We stayed for one night and it was a nice stay. Although, we didn't use it, the kitchenette was perfect. We swam in the ocean, and at the pool. The kids loved it.

Overall, our stay was very good.
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff was excellent
Cafe was nice. Food was good.

Cons:

Parking was very tight. They need to put in
Some air fresheners The smell in the cleaned rooms upon arrival was appealing.
It would be nice to have another chair and a smaller dining table in the room

Always love a good stay in wildwood.
Pros:

access to beach was very close. access to food very good. Walking proximity to boardwalk.

Cons:

needs some updates. tub resurfacing was peeling off. pool deck needing new paint.

Great time we enjoyed ourselves.
Pros:

The Pool and proximity to the beach were best. Customer service was also excellent amongst room service and check in.

Cons:

Parking, had to park over night in the street due to other cars taking 2 spots intentionally. Not good edicate as they knew they made it impossible for another person to park in an available spot. Staks restaurant was very overpriced for regular diner.
