Friendly welcome and early check-in was facilitated. Bonus free entry ticket to Kunsthaus Zürich (a significant saving). Modern hotel and room, eco-friendly building, 5 minutes from the tram stop.
The room was a little warm (in the midst of a heatwave, and there is no air-conditioning but rather a more passive cooling system). The window can be opened electronically (rather precariously if on an upper level!). An unknown person, presumably a staff member, entered my room unannounced after midnight and startled me before beating a hasty retreat.
