The amenities and the spa was amazing, the food was also very good, our waiter was amazing
Some of the staff were rude, some people at the front desk were not really welcoming, the person in charge of the lamas was by far the most rude.

The grounds and the spa are incredible!! The natural pool outside is STUNNING ! The room was lovely too with the infrared cabin and bed was comfy only thing there was no air con it was like a sauna in there. The staff were quite rude and when we asked for a fan a lady on reception barked “you should have asked yesterday” we had only arrived that day so that was weird. The staff need some serious customer service training here and it would be 10/10
How hot the room was, for how much you pay a night it wouldn’t cost much to supply each room with a fan. For the calibre of the hotel I’m surprised it doesn’t have air con! The key cards for the room kept breaking, we noticed so many people complaining at reception about this. Even when we were shown to our room neither of our keys worked so the guy had to use his own key and said we had to come to reception to get it sorted, why didn’t he go and do that for us and bring us a working key back? I remind you it was £800 a night !! It certainly wasn’t £800 a night service ! The staff seem lazy and slow like they don’t want to be there. Food was pretty terrible too! When we arrived for breakfast we asked for our table and the lady rudely said “it’s the same as yesterday” walking away from us, again it was our first morning there. The spa and grounds really are EXCEPTIONAL so it’s strange that the restaurants/food/service isn’t 5* please get some professionals in to sort your issues out this hotel has so much potential!!
Ein unfassbar tolles Hotel mit unfassbarem Wellnessbereich. Ein extra Nackenkissen auf dem Bett - das sagt schon alles. Top.
Le lieu et les installations sont exceptionnelles. Le restaurant (petit déjeuner comme dîner) est excellent. La chambre est très confortable.
Le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’un cinq étoiles. La réception est désagréable. Le service de la chambre est inexistant.
