CABINETS ARE FALLING APART, PILLOWS ARE NOT VERY SUPPORTIVE. NOT IMPRESSED BY IT ALL.

VALET TOOK A VERY LONG TIME TO BRING THE CAR EVEN THOUGH CALLED 30 MINUTES BEFORE. ENDED UP LEAVING THE CAR AND TOOK AND UBER TO A MEETING AND THEN HAD TO UBER BACK $48 FOR VALET, $18 FOR UBER, $15 UBER BACK TO THE HOTEL TO FETCH THE CAR. PLUS $20 TIP NIGHT BEFORE TO VALET. STAFF WERE NON CHALANT ABOUT IT ALL, IT WAS INFURIATING TO SAY THE LEAST

This hotel has degraded in quality and is very dissapointing

el personal de noche, me solucionarion varios problemas. La habitación era muy grande y cómoda, con vestidor, un hall, mesa con butaca y banco y gran ventanal para ver toda la ciudad. Camas grandes y cómodas. El hotel está en el centro, para ir andando a todas partes. También al museo canadiense de la historia de Gatineau

El aire condicionado estaba roto, no subía de 19 grados. Me subieron un calefactor, daba calor pero hacía mucho ruido.

Lovely hotel and location. Management needs to keep an eye on their housekeeping staff .
Pros:

No real view. The hotel is very well situated within easy walking distance to both the Byward Market and other sights of interest.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned when we returned at almost 7.30pm in the evening. Apparently they were short staffed.

Extremely disappointing stay and not worth the money
Pros:

The location was decent

Cons:

Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel should be ashamed of charging full price while there is massive construction noise right beside the building. We barely slept all night. The room felt cheap, noisy, and completely overpriced. No warning was given before booking. Total waste of money. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone
