alles wunderbar
Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden waren extrem freundlich, alles war sehr sauber und die Atmosphäre war insgesamt herausragend gut.

A wonderful modern hotel in the heart of the old town St Gallen
Pros:

The air-conditioned rooms of the top floor were light, comfortable and very clean. The location in the old town was perfect for our short stay in St Gallen

Cons:

The replenishment of food at the breakfast buffet needed to be addressed, we arrive at breakfast one hour befoew the end of service and very little was left and any replenishment was slow to arrive.

Ich fühlte mich willkommen und sehr wohl im Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage, mitten in der schönen Altstadt.
Die Atmosphäre und der Umgang im Hotel (Gäste - Personal) waren sehr herzlich.
Die "Makrobar" ist eine sehr gute Idee!

Cons:

Es war leider überdurchschnittlich heiss und der Ventilator im Zimmer konnte diesen Umstand nicht mildern.
Dies ist jedoch nicht ein Versäumnis des Hotels - im Moment ist es überall heiss ;-).

Pros:

Mir hat das Gesamtkonzept gefallen: die gelebten Werte Geduld, Respekt und Einbezug von Menschen, die es sonst vielleicht schwerer haben in unseren Gesellschaft. Das gefällt mir sehr.

Zentral, komfortabel, sympathisch, kurz: TOP!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral gelegen und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind schlicht und ästhetisch, es hat alles und auch das Stadtbistro im EG und Eingangsbereich macht einen sympathischen Eindruck. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank und Gratis-Getränken und Früchten. Auch kann man zu fairen Preisen andere Getränke oder Snacks kaufen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und zuhause. Auch das Team ist äusserst nett und hilfsbereit und der Check-In wie Check-out speditiv und kurz. Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Cons:

Mir fällt nichts ein, es hat mir einfach alles gefallen.

Pues la ubicación

Cons:

No disponía de aire acondicionado, únicamente un ventilador, tampoco parking, uno concertado bastante caro y a 3-5 min andando lo que se hace un poco pesado con las maletas.
