Heel gezellig voor de jeugd , vriendelijk mensen aan onthaal,maar te kort
Pros:

De lobby en poolen , pingpong en game was geweldig

Cons:

1 lift is te weinig, verbouwingswerken, douche (geen deur veel water nadien) geen uitleg over airco waardoor te warm

Location is great, room was OK.

Cons:

I asked for an invoice after my stay to get reimbursed and the hotel claims that they are unable to issue it because my stay was booked via booking, whereas booking stated I should contact the hotel to issue the invoice. In over 15 years I have stayed in hotels in multiple countries, I have never had this problem. It is really not acceptable. I can hardly be the first person to ask for this. I have contacted the hotel multiple times and have yet to receive an invoice with the correct amount of money that I can use to get reimbursed.

Prettige omgeving en fijne ruime kamer, handig dat er betaald parkeerruimte om de hoek is en loopafstand naar de stad.

Cons:

Jammer dat bij het inchecken niet wordt aangegeven dat de toegang tot de gezamenlijke keuken niet beschikbaar is en waar je dan wel terecht kunt binnen het gebouw.

Nice weekend in Groningen
Pros:

The room had great amenitities and there was a sweet welcome package waiting for us. The bed were very nice and the general atmosphere was very welcoming. The location was great and the staff very friendly.

Cons:

We would have liked to have breakfast in the hotel, but the price really was too high to seriously consider... And it was very busy at the check in, but other than that nothing.
