We kwamen aan bij het hotel en bij het inchecken zag ik dat ik een boekingsfout had gemaakt, verkeerde datum geboekt. Geen makkelijke situatie, maar Matthew loste dit samen met ons op op een manier die we echt niet hadden verwacht. Professioneel, vriendelijk en zonder ook maar een moment ongeduldig te worden. Daarna nam Emma het over zodra de wijziging was doorgekomen en zij hielp ons ook fantastisch.

Maar het bleef niet bij die ene situatie. Bij andere vragen gedurende ons verblijf stonden ze altijd klaar, met een glimlach en oprechte aandacht. Vooral Emma verdient een extra vermelding. Ze is gewoon een enorm leuk, warm persoon die voor alles de tijd nam en je het gevoel gaf dat je er echt welkom was, niet zomaar een gast die afgewerkt moest worden.

Zulke mensen maken een hotel. Wat ons betreft een groot compliment aan jullie team, en in het bijzonder aan Emma en Matthew.

Hartelijk dank voor een fijn verblijf!

Nous avons passé un super séjour !
Pros:

N’avons pas pris de petit déjeuner !
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment proche du centre-ville ! Proche d’un arrêt de bus pour ceux qui veulent l’utiliser pour se rendre à la gare par exemple !
Après, nous avons été régulièrement au centre ville à pied !

Short journey to Groningen
Pros:

Good hotel in a central location (to market 7-10 minutes). The rooms are very still! We like the design of the Hotel.......

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and generous, we enjoyed the extra treats and the elaborate breakfast.

Cons:

We upgraded to the deluxe studio but I feel it did not add much value. We had a kitchenette but no plates, cutlery, etc Just two water glasses :)

Tolles junges Ambiente 😊👍, großzügige Zimmer und unseres war sehr ruhig!

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war im Gegensatz zum Zimmer etwas spartanisch ausgestattet, aber das sollte man auch nicht wohnen 😉

Hotel très correcte avec une belle ambiance
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, probablement sous noté car cela reste de très bonne qualité. Ambiance jeunes/familles avec ping pong, billard, jeux de sociétés etc. Nombreux espaces de travail. Les chambres sont un peu petites. Ok seul mais à deux cela me semble juste (et pas de 2e table de nuit ou lampe de chevet). Café et restaurant (prix raisonnables à moins de 20 euros). Pas de cuisine où les voyageurs peuvent se préparer à manger (pas une auberge de jeunesse). Très belle ambiance. Très proche de tout. A 20 min en bus dessert 2 universités (arrêt à 50m de l'hôtel).

Cons:

Lit très propre, mais sols et wc pas impeccables à l'arrivée. Gym ouvert à mon arrivée, utilisé les 2 premiers jours et ensuite ils l'ont fermé pour rénovations sans prévenir !!! Résultat les 3 deniers jours pas de gym. Surtout, si j'avais su j'aurais adapte ma séance de la veille. Enfin, il y avait des moustiques dehors côté court. J'ai demandé spéciquement à donner mon service ménage à une bonne cause (option proposée, c'est top!), mais malheureusement, le 2e jour la femme de ménage est passée quand même et s'est permise de laisser la fenêtre ouverte... résultat 4 piqûres de moustique la nuit suivante. Ils ont fait un petit geste (boisson gratuite), mais c'était très désagréable!

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Delicious coffee and croissants.

Cons:

Lovely room with complementary snacks, slippers and other things. Coffee and croissants served downstairs were delicious. All very clean; staff very friendly and helpful. Altogether a very pleasant experience.
