Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff, lots of activities, excellent location and regular room cleaning service

Cons:

Single lift, requiring card access ,is very slow. Rate could be more affordable

Een prettig verblijf op een goede locatie, met een ruime en nette kamer.
Pros:

De locatie was erg goed, op loopafstand van de binnenstad, supermarkten en cafés. De kamer was schoon, netjes en ruim, en ook de kitchenette was goed en praktisch. De keukenaccessoires moesten we wel apart bij de receptie vragen.

Cons:

Hoewel de kamer verder goed en netjes was, viel de douche helaas tegen. Het water liep niet goed weg, waardoor het richting het toilet stroomde. Ook bleef de watertemperatuur niet constant: het water was óf te koud óf te warm. Hopelijk is dit probleem inmiddels opgelost.

El personal, el ambiente joven pero muy respetuoso, el estudio en el que me alojé. Creo que quedarme aquí para una estancia de un mes en la ciudad fue la mejor decisión que podría haber tomado. El personal joven hace todo lo posible por solucionar cualquier problema. Tienen servicio de lavandería, gimnasio, la cafetería y restaurante también es amplia y con variedad...

Cons:

En mi estancia el gimnasio estaba siendo renovado pero teniamos suscripción gratis en otro gimnasio a solo dos calles.

Very nice and cosy with amazing equipment, but cleaning in the bathroom could be better.
Pros:

I loved the atmosphere in the hotel. It was really chill. The rooms are super big. I liked that it had a big desk and so many places to put our stuff or to sit down like the comfy chair in the corner or the thingy in front of the entrance mirror that made putting your shoes on so much easier! I also liked all the products in the bathroom. It is very rare to find a moisturizing cream! Or even a soap that is not all in one and to actually have a soap, shampoo and conditioner separately. The hairdryer was also super nice! Not like one of those you find attached on the walls of certain hotel rooms.

Cons:

When going to bed, we felt that the matrass was pretty comfortable and we both slept good, but we woke up with back pain. Maybe it is because we walked too much that day. Hard to know. The bathroom was the only negative point we had. The shower was clogged and because of that, there was stagnant water everywhere on the bathroom floor. And then when we tried to dry the floors with a towel at the bottom on the outside of the shower glass, the towel came back completely black from dust. That was gross. Also, the toilet flush was super difficult to use. We had to push on a certain place very deep for it to work and there was some white and blue residues inside the flush that was visible when flushing the toilet.
We stayed over on a Friday night and since we are in a student city, there was a lot of noise and music outside. Even with the windows closed, you could hear some of it. However, we did not hear anything coming from the other rooms in the hotel or people in the hallway.

Het was een mooi verblijf met aardig personeel en op een mooi gelegen plek, je kunt overal naar toe
Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk en het lag voor ons op een goede plek ivm een festival waar wij dit weekend heen zijn gegaan

Cons:

Toen we de kamer binnenkwamen was de badkamer niet schoon, de vloer van de douche was niet schoon en er zaten vlekken op het toilet.
Dit hebben wij aangegeven bij een medewerkster en zij heeft dit gelukkig voor ons schoon gemaakt.
