Overall this is a budget option and you get what you pay for, I’m happy with the value to money ratio and would recommen
Pros:

The property is located in a great place just a couple minutes walk from the beach with lots of great options for food around. The staff were fantastic and despite not being your typical 24/7 manned hotel they were always checking in to make sure our stay was going well. I reported the door handle being broken before we went out and by the time we returned from the beach maintenance had already fixed it

Cons:

There is very little/no soundproofing between rooms so you can clearly hear a simple conversation from the other side of the wall. The location as well despite being amazing for the beach does end up making trips into the main part of the city a bit harder so prepare to be spending a little bit extra on public transport or uber/lyft. The surrounding area is also pricey so make sure to check the cost of restaurants before you get surprised with a large bill

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is situated close to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Before arrival, you receive an access code for the building and your room, which makes late check-in much easier. The room has everything you need, including a bathroom with a shower.

Cons:

The building is apparently a listed building, so don’t expect modern interiors, but it does have its own charm. The air conditioning is a bit noisy

Just perfect, location was spot on!
Pros:

The location was perfect, in the thick of things but very quiet during the night.
Mauricio on the front desk was a star! Nothing was too much trouble!

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

What an incredible family-owned hotel! A perfect location, quiet, very clean place with modern room and bathroom. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I truly felt I was well taken care of throughout my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting South Beach!

Soggiorno fantastico a due passi da Ocean Drive!

La struttura è situata nei dintorni di Ocean Drive, una delle strade più iconiche e turistiche di Miami Beach. Il soggiorno è stata veramente piacevole: pulizia eccellente, letto comodissimo, personale accogliente e simpatico. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Gostei muito da recepção do Mauricio que faz o máximo possível para atender qualquer necessidade. Ele realmente é um grande gestor! O hotel tem uma localização perfeita e uma cama confortável!

Cons:

O ar condicionado sopra muito e parte do quarto que já é apertado fica impossível de usar. Ficava tão desconfortável que deixei algum pertence nas embalagens descartadas. A água da Cuba do banheiro quente demais! Mesmo assim por causa do bom atendimento gostei.

Wonderful hotel close to the beach
Pros:

Amazing hotel. Self check-in is easy; instructions are sent via email. Staff are on-site from 9 AM to 4 PM. The room was very cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet, facing the courtyard. The beds were comfortable. The shower has both an overhead rainfall and a handheld shower heads. There were nice bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. There were a fridge, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board in the room. Great location—7 minutes from the beach and 4 minutes from Ocean Drive. We were only staying one night and the manager offered us a late check-out at noon, which was very nice.

Cons:

No microwave or coffee machine in the room; no elevator.

Gute Lage. Schneller Kontakt über Nachrichten (da Rezeption nicht besetzt)

Cons:

Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Es lagen Chips vom vorherigen Gast auf dem Boden und ein dreckiges Handtuch hing noch im Badezimmer. Außerdem befanden sich Haare und Flecken auf dem Bett. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben wurde uns ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen. In unserem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage sehr laut und der Ausblick war auf ein verschmutztes Nachbargebäude.
Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel, wie wir es vorgefunden haben, nicht dem Zustand, wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt ist.
