Okay, so-so.
Cons:

Overall, the hotel staff were pleasant enough, except that the hotel should arrange to have an experienced staff working side-by-side with a rookie trainee> I think the hotel can improve on the communication with the guests. When I checked out, a rookie attended to me. And all I heard from the rookie was "OKAY" after having checked on the computer on whatever it was. A few pleasant words, albeit commercially tuned, go a long way.

Pros:

Rooms were super spacious and there was a huge and comfy bed. Location was great with lots of good restaurants nearby. 15 minutes away from St Anne's.

Cons:

Bathroom was poorly lit, a bit of smell. Disappointed a little because even at 4pm, room was not ready.

Overall i enjoyed my 2 night stay in Iconic Hotel . Everything was ok. Enjoyed the evening light food and drink served for the guest at the cafe.

Good business hotel
Pros:

Very clean hotel, good location with lots of restaurants, bubble tea, and convenience stores just outside. Staff were very helpful and assisted me with changing my room, and issuing me a receipt other than the booking.com receipt. The parking is free for guests which is great.

Cons:

There was a live band at a bar nearby on Tue night until midnight and I could hear it in my room as it faced the main road, and I couldn't sleep. Decided to change my room on Wed morning and good thing I did too, as there was also a live band on Wed night. The next room I got was quieter and I slept better. Wish the room had normal breakfast tea other than green tea and chamomile. The handsoap made my skin flake (I have sensitive skin) so if you have sensitive skin, bring your own.
