A comfortable, safe and private place to stay with convenience.
Pros:

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Many convenient store with walking distance. Coffees in the room with coffee maker impressed us. Even the 3 in 1 coffee tastes so good. Secure parking space and it’s very privacy. Car park lifts are linked to room access. Even the extension of the check out time is very reasonable. You just need to communicate with front desk and all things will be arranged smoothly.

Cons:

Basically i like everything about this hotel and property. It’s just that the price is slightly higher but still worth the stay.

Comfortable, clean, ideal location, helpful & friendly staff. They extended our late check out to 2 pm.
Pros:

It’s excellent location with restaurants, bubble tea & coffee chains, ktv & pub and many more shops just right in front & next to the hotel.

Good Hotel in Panang, Malaysia
Pros:

It's an hour's drive from the airport, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There was even a convenience store. The staff were cheerful, very efficient, and precise. The room was clean and nice. The hotel itself is good, but the only downside was that I couldn't find any souvenir shops nearby. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

iconic hotel experience
Pros:

My stay at Iconic Hotel Penang was truly a 10/10 experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly attentive to every detail. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well-maintained. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process, which made the entire stay hassle-free. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby areas. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again on my next visit to Penang.

Not coming back
Pros:

Good staff who were friendly. Good parking.

Cons:

Thermostat didn’t cut off as it should for the air conditioner. Ended up freezing cold. No change after I requested for it to be checked. Didn’t bother to ask again.
