Great staff, clean and comfy, just ditch the tiny curvy desk.
Pros:

Convenient location and small car park. Staff were amazing and helped immediately with a room temp issue. Luke on the front desk was fantastic - professional, helpful and super welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Curvy desk/shelf in room too small to be of practical use - had to go down to bar area to work on laptop.

Pros:

The staff were lovely and really helpful, the hotel was spotless. The breakfast was good not quite as good as Premier Inn.

Pros:

Nice and central. Clean staff were lively

Cons:

I didn’t like the room position. It was above the front door next to a busy roundabout. I could hear cars and motorbikes during the night. The room was also directly opposite both LIDL and the Casino. It was on the corner of the hotel.

Easy location to walk to V&A and explore Dundee
Pros:

Staff were very helpful

Cons:

Not really a dining room for evening meal... more bar food. But good pub quite close helped for the second night.

Enjoyable weekend break, a couple of days away.
Pros:

We had an excellent time at the Hampton. Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel is fairly central and within easy walking distance of the centre. Room was modern and clean. Breakfast is basic but adequate.

Excellent value and very friendly staff
Pros:

All staff were extremely friendly and keen to help. Add this to the location and you have an almost perfect stay.
The only small downside is the size of the car park that could become a problem if a lot of residents arrive in cars. We managed to squeeze on when we arrived late from a day out on the Saturday.
Breakfast is a buffet that I believe will match everyone’s requirements. My wife is GF and apart from likely cross contamination from to guests for sausage, bacon etc it seemed well managed.

Fantastic stay with great staff, especially Hayley
Pros:

Hayley on reception and the bar was fantastic and very pleasant to chat to. Very helpful too. I really like the fact you need your card to travel in the lift.

I will like to stay here again and again anytime I am in Dundee. Sure the best hotel in the city

The Hotel is located in the city centre with shops, restaurants and taxis easily accessible. The breakfast was good. But above all, the staff were EXCELLENT
