Everything - room was comfy, spacious and bed was comfy. Location was ideal as was staying for a gig at Fat Sams which is 2 seconds away.
Breakfast was mediocre at best but wouldn't put me off staying again.

The shower is great and the facilities like the hairdryer and iron (which are normally rubbish in hotels) were great. Duvet and pillows felt like sleeping in a cloud.
Breakfast was a nice space, my son loved the waffle maker. We were there at 8am on a Friday and it wasn't too busy.
Staff were friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel.
Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our room when we checked in, which we only found out when we got in the room. Went back to Luke on reception, who was quick to find a solution with ease. I dare anyone to get mad at Luke. He is possibly one of the friendliest people I've met in a hotel (and I stay in A LOT of hotels 😅).
If you're booking a room with Hampton via booking.com it might be best to double check with the hotel some days in advance to make sure everything is in order.
That being said, i'd gladly stay again.

Mattress seemed quite firm
Perfect location to explore Dundee. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed and quiet.
