Pros:

שירות ואדיבות של העובדים, היו נעימים וחיוביים.
המיקום של המלון מעולה.

Cons:

החדר לא עבר נקיון יסודי- היו קולבים תלויים על המנורה בחדר, כשעל אחד מהם נייר טואלט..
היה עובש באמבטיה- נאמר לנו שזה סיליקון ישן.
המזגן חלש ברמות, הראה 18 מעלות על הצג והרגיש כמו 26 מעלות- לא היה דרך להוריד אותו עוד.

The location of the hotel was lovely. Staff was very helpful. Amenities were good.

Cons:

One of the 2 rooms we booked was not clean properly. When we pointed it out to the manager, he said you have done it. The toilet in particular was not cleaned properly.

HOTEL IDEAL
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal y muy cómodo para ir en algún momento a descansar. El hotel está ubicado en el centro y a pesar de estar al lado de Via del Corso la insonorización es buena. Muy cómodo para ir en familia. Nosotros estábamos en una suite con 2 baños y 1 habitación y la sala con sofa cama. El personal encantador, Ariel, fue muy amable en todo momento. Muy limpio y habitaciones "minimalistas", sin alfombras o moquetas, lo que permite que no se acumule polvo, cosa que se agradece. Sin duda, repetiremos y lo recomendamos.
