La decoración

Cons:

He quedado bastante decepcionada con el hotel. Las toallas estaban manchadas, se mojaba mucho el suelo del baño al ducharnos, se escuchaban mucho los ruidos de la calle, hemos encontrado dos cucarachas dentro. En la piscina no había sombra, el restaurante súper agobiante. En fin. No repetiré.

Ubicación y la zona de la piscina que era tranquila.

Cons:

La atención de los camareros, no eran nada agradables.... en especial uno que era cubano, muy mal educado y te miraba con desprecio cuando te sentabas en una mesa que él no quería, eso nunca lo vi en ningún hotel esa falta de educación, el bar estaba cerrado hasta las 19:00h no te podías tomar mi café ni agua fresca si quiera, en las habitaciones tampoco hay nevera para beber agua fresca me parece vergonzoso con la calor...

El hotel está bien por precio que tiene la comida es aceptable por qué el hotel ha sido barato si hotel está más caro se podría pedir más el la comida y no es en el centro de ciudad como credo que pone esta cerca pero no en centro

Agradable
Pros:

Confortable y con buena ubicación, el personal nos trató con mucha educación , la comida no estaba mal la verdad , todo muy limpio , un lugar para repetir

En general todo estaba bien,pero para los que trabajamos y estamos de paso el desayuno empieza tarde

In the Old Town
Pros:

A relatively inexpensive hotel for a short 4 night stay in Benidorm. Right in the heart of the old town it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the shops. Has a great rooftop terrace and pool which is good in the old town.

Cons:

Breakfast was very busy but plenty of places to eat out within a few minutes walk.

Unfreundliches Personal, dreckige Zimmer und Geschirr, Essen wie auf den Fotos stimmt überhaupt nicht mit der Realität ü

Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben 3 Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten für 6 Personen gebucht, erhalten haben wir jedoch nur 2 Zimmer mit zwei Betten und ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem 1,50 m breiten Bett, einem einzigen Stuhl und nur einem Handtuch. Trotzdem wurde dieses Zimmer als „Doppelzimmer“ bezeichnet. Erst nach langen Diskussionen wurde uns am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.

Beim Essen hatten wir ebenfalls Probleme: Da wir 6 Personen waren, mussten wir immer alle gleichzeitig zum essen gehen oder vor der Tür warten, bis die anderen kamen – obwohl es oft nur 2–5 Minuten Unterschied waren, weil wir nicht alle gemeinsam in den Lift gepasst haben.

Auch das Essen ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auf den Fotos sah alles komplett anders aus als in Wirklichkeit. Das Geschirr war schmutzig und hatte noch getrocknete Essensreste darauf. Außerdem fanden wir Haare auf der Bettwäsche im Zimmer.

Leider insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.
