I normally stay here when I go to Benidorm. The rooms are comfortable it is in a quiet area and the breakfast has a good choice of food. The rooms clean and big enough not to feel closed in

Pros:

Közel a tenger és a belváros.

Cons:

Sajnos egy olyan kétágyas szobát kaptunk aminek nem volt ablaka, csak egy kilépő ami tűzfal volt, karnyújtásnyira a szembe szomszéd. Szellőztetési lehetőség nem volt, mivel a klímák melege ill.a konyhából ( földszint) indult egy vastag cső a tetőre amiből szintén meleg ömlött ki, a megrekedt részen 45 C fok volt. Szörnyű egy olyan helyiségben tölteni az éjszakákat, nem is értem hogyan lehet ezeket a szobákat vendégeknek kiadni. Megreklamáltuk a szobát és kértünk cserét, recepciós közölte hogy reggel érdeklődjünk, reggel érdeklődtünk, akkor is azt a választ kaptuk hogy majd holnap reggel
érdeklődjünk, folyamatosan lerázták a vendéget.Senkinek nem ajánlom a szállodát!!!!!
