Expensive. We explicitly mentioned in the message we have 2 kids and we are ok to adjust on the day of booking.They never rejected. On the day when we arrived they mentioned they did not see the message and collected additional 40 euros. Seems to me not honest. I believe they did this to collect additional money

Toll, da es sehr zentral gelegen ist. Auch sehr bequeme Betten. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre praktisch gewesen.

Pros:

La habitación era mucho más grande de lo que me esperaba y estaba muy bien. Al entrar tenía un armario y varios percheros por lo que era muy cómodo para poner la ropa. Las camas son muy cómodas y puedes abrir la ventana y cerrar las cortinas opacas por lo que para la noche es perfecto. Contaba con ventilador aunque casi no lo usamos porque no hacía mucho calor. El baño también era muy grande y estaba muy limpio. Tenía gel de ducha y secador de pelo, además de que nos dejaron dos toallas para cada uno. Fueron muy amables a la hora del check-in y la ubicación muy buena ya que no tienes mucho tiempo andando ni a la estación de tren ni al centro. Tiene una mini cocina al lado de recepción y con el alojamiento te dan transporte público gratis en todo Salzburgo. Volvería a ir de nuevo.

Cons:

Lo peor fue el wifi, ya que a veces funcionaba bien pero otras veces no. Nosotros estábamos en la habitación más lejana de todas ya que estábamos en la última puerta del piso 3, y no llegaba bien el wifi. Por lo demás, aunque fueron muy amables, no nos informaron de que había una sala estilo cocina que podríamos usar, y tampoco de que con el alojamiento teníamos el transporte público gratis (aunque te llega un correo electrónico con la información). No tiene ascensor.

Fräscha rum, trevlig personal ändå nära till Gamla stan.

Cons:

Boendet saknar hiss och då vi fick ett rum på 4 våning vad det det lite tufft att ta upp och ner all packning samt med två små barn. Lite dyr parkering men vi stod skyddade så det får det vara värt.

We had a nice stay at the Atrium Hotel. I am very grateful for the staff members. They were very helpful, and that helped us with our logistical issues. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is very close to the main train station.
