Good stay
Pros:

I stayed at at the Indigo for 5 nights and after my trip to Zakapane one extra night before an early flight.
The hotel is very well located only a 15 minute walk to the old town square .
The staff is fabulous and breakfast is plentiful. My group also had dinner and lunch at the hotel a couple of times and the food and service were very good.
My first room , number 302 was well appointed and a good size for European old buildings . When I returned for one night before my flight I stayed at room 106 , a little smaller than 302 but also lovely.
I would highly recommend this hotel and if I am ever back in krakaw will stay there again.

Ihastuttava aamiainen ja huomaavainen palvelu siellä ja koko hotellissa. Tyylikäs ja laadukas sisustus. Sijainti aseman ja vanhankaupungin välittömässä läheisyydessä todella hyvä. Aivan hotellin vieressä iloisena yllätyksenä hauska kauppahalli/tori.

Pros:

We checked in at 3 am because of train delay and the desk staff was accommodating and friendly. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were provided with several excellent options. Excellent location in Old Town.

Cons:

Nothing - perfect stay.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr ansprechendes Zimmer.

Cons:

Standardzimmer etwas klein und wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Trotzdem sehr schöne Zimmer.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Very comfortable and pretty room. Lots of light. Great water pressure in the shower. Good light in the bathroom. The mattress was very comfortable and each of us had 2 pillows with different density.
The staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was very good. Pretty roof top. The location was perfect. You could reach everything by foot under 30 minutes. We were in 10 minutes at St. Mary‘s.
We had a wonderful time!

Top Hotel, liebvoll ausgestattet und dekoriert, mit einem herausragendem Restaurant
Pros:

Ein wirklich außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück, serviert von echt freundlichem Personal.
Die Lage ist in ruhiger Umgebung trotzdem noch zentrumsnah...

Cons:

Mein Zimmer im 5. Stock war es etwas laut mitunter, entweder vom Fahrstuhl oder der Klimaanlage auf dem Dach kamm ein tiefes Brummen... Allerdings war es in der Nacht dann sehr ruhig, trotz offenem Fenster.
