A superbly located boutique hotel with wonderful staff and a great atmosphere.
Pros:

This charming hotel is superbly situated. It is very atmospheric in a beautiful old building. Our room was facing a road which was busy but relatively quiet. The staff were superb and incredibly helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast area was in a cellar although the staff more than made up for the lack of space and natural light.

Pros:

Very nice and helpful receptionists. Great location for sightseeing - just by the Charles Bridge. Despite the busy location our room was quiet. Very clean. Simple but stylish.

Cons:

We felt sorry for the personnel that they had to carry our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs, as there was no elevator. We didn't think this would be the case and next time we will check carefully if the hotel we're planning to stay at has an elevator.

Also, windows were overlooking the patio so even when opened, we didn't get much air coming in. But if they were overlooking the street, it would be quite noisy so that was probably better.

Aangenaam verblijf om Praag te verkennen.
Pros:

Centraal gelegen, ideaal om de stad te verkennen. Alles zeer netjes en verzorgd, bovendien vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.zeer verzorgd ontbijt.

Cons:

Jammer dat we weinig frisse lucht in de kamer kregen, de airco werkte wel goed maar er gaat niets boven buitenlucht.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, and the communication was excellent from the moment I booked until we checked in. Our room was lovely, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast pastries were delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location was excellent, room was quiet, staff were brilliant especially Vlad who booked me a taxi and Barbora. Would highly recommend all visitors to Prague to stay here.

Staff gentile e disponibile, buona colazione, camera grande anche se con vista corte interna, posizione eccezionale all'inizio del ponte Carlo.
