A historic and gorgeous hotel in an incredible location with wonderful staff.
Pros:

Absolutely loved how beautiful and historic this hotel was. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable and the furniture was stunning. Loved breakfast also.

Cons:

I enjoyed everything about my stay here. I would not say I disliked anything.

Excellent fairytale stay with amazing staff in Prague!
Pros:

The rooms and the hotel itself had such rich and detailed history. It truly felt like you were in a fairytale. The staff was so generous and kind, especially Vladislav. He provided such great communication if he wasn’t at the front desk via WhatsApp. He provided such wonderful recommendations, a lovely romantic package for our recent proposal and engagement as well. We are so thrilled with the stay, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Prague! We can’t wait to be back! Dekuji and Na Zdraví!!

I will definitely come back to this hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is amazing!
It is an old building (they also give you a letter explaining it) very well preserved and furnished.
The location is the best, at the beginning of Charles Bridge. The area is full of tourists, but from inside you cannot really hear a voice!
The guys and the girls at the reception and breakfast are very kind and nice.
Breakfast is super!

Cons:

Just for people to know: there’s no elevator, but the guys help you, if you need any help with the luggage.

We liked the location, the beds are comfortable and the hotel very clean.

Cons:

The reception is open 9-5 and if you need help with something (for example one day I couldn't find the card to open the room, luckily I found it in the end) there is nobody around. We also checked in on our own and it was difficult to carry the bags at the 3rd floor without an elevator. I was alone with one small child. Luckily, the taxi driver that cooperates with this hotel helped me carry the things. He was very kind.

I also believe that the breakfast could have more options and not the same things every morning.

Lovely hotel, perfect location.
Pros:

The location is amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Staff is friendly, very professional and gave us a map with points of interest that we should visit. The check in and general communication were very good.

Cons:

There was a step inside the room that can be tricky because it's not very visible (I did trip on it during the night).
