Pros:

Comfortable, ac worked great, reasonable price. The male at the front desk was very kind and accommodating

Cons:

The slide pool did not work work the kids, they were very excited about that. I wish there was more options for breakfast and bigger coffee cups

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Our room smelled like freshly smoked cigarettes, after we got a new room, it smelled less like cigarettes, but still smokey (non smoking rooms) I’ve machines were not working at any of the buildings. No where to fill up a water bottle.

I liked The outside grills the park was nice and clean. The rooms were a decent size

I didn't like that the pool closed at 7:00 but your check in time was for 4:00 The rooms were extremely hot even with the AC going The ice machine was dirty The rooms smelt like old cigarettes

Overall, great stay just minor tweaks.
Pros:

The outdoor pool, dining area, and playground are nice additions for your stay however, the room itself could use some updates. The rooms smell of cigar smoke and have mold in the bathrooms. The staff were extremely friendly, flexible, and very accommodating to us as guest.

Nothing goes so rundown

Cons:

They told us there was no double beds in the bottom floor, which we’ve stayed there’s so many times and we know that’s not true. The whole first building was shut down. Nothing was on. Everything was broken and old. Everything smelled. It was crazy from how this place used to be what it is now.

Location. This was a one night stay to break up a long drive. This is a basic motel that served its purpose.

Cons:

There were bugs in the tub. There was some blood on the wall in the bathroom (? from killing a mosquito). The check-in process: window is locked and I had to stand in cold wind waiting for check-in. It certainly gave the impression I was in a dangerous or sketchy area.
