We had an excellent recommendation from a local about Fanny and it definitely was bang on.
Pros:

Wonderful room with lovely bathroom and lots of light from three windows. Breakfasts terrific. Wine and snacks in the garden lovely after a day of sightseeing.

Lugn oas nära centrum, fin kvalitet i allt.
Pros:

Rummen var tysta och svala med fantastiska sängar. Vi sov fantastiskt bra. Bra läge med gångavstånd till centrum och en jättefin restaurang bara 100 meter från hotellet. Frukosten var toppen.

Cons:

Har inget att anmärka på. Möjligen lite för dyrt.

They need to give itemised bill for extras and have you sign for them each night. Also it was not clear to us that there were extra charges at breakfast

3 nights in Cagliari at very nice hotel.
Pros:

The location was within walking distance to the pedestrian streets. Room was spacious, and the breakfast was very good.

Great stay in Cagliari I would come here again . Very well presented and comfortable. Nice garden to sit in to relax . B
Pros:

Quiet location but 10 min walk to main area. Staff very helpful. Breakfast great room very clean and bed very comfortable.

Cons:

No lift to second floor but if you have small bags it’s fine .

The location. The decor. Very quiet in the evenings.

Cons:

The parking situation was challenging. Parking is a hot commodity in that neighborhood, and the hotel parking was already booked. Minor detail, but book parking early!

Pas de parking et la difficulté à stationner ne serait ce que pour décharger les valises.

Un plauso per la ragazza che sta nella sala delle colazioni, il portiere notturno che ha saputo risolvere il problema in maniera egregia.
Letto comodo, camera pulita.
