View from the room was good.
I was given smooking room while 4 days 3 nighta staying there. The inside room door's lock was broken. Only 1 unit door key was given. Extra key will given if extra payment is made. Request for extra towel is not being entertained by the cleaner.

We stay in this hotel every time we visit family in Pekanbaru. The service is fantastic, all staff are very friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcomed like it was home. We had a few issues at first, but they quickly fixed without question. The facility’s are great gym, spa centre and infinity swimming pool located on the top floor. Great view of the city. If there was a suggestion that I could make would be to mark the food cards for breakfast identifying potential food allergies. “Photo of suggestion added to this review. I would highly recommend this hotel for family, couples and business traveler’s.
