Good location, AC doesn’t work.

Great hotel comfortable stay

The room was comfortable and clean

Cons:

We arrived late and first time for a four star hotel had no water in the room. Water is a basic necessity. Even the vending machine was locked downstairs so how does one get something to drink . We needed it for medication and had no water.
Also they say airport shuttle but they really mean taxi so I must insist that they remove that term “airport shuttle” as it’s very misleading. There is no shuttle and they refer to it as taxi
